T...Apart from our board of course, the chat boards are an absolutely mixed bunch. I have been trying to read most of the boards of the AIM pharmas that I hold plus GGP.
NCYT board in particular has many really excellant contributors plus more than a few idiots. I must say that the best board that I have come across is GGP, brilliant research and a very good vibe, a real pleasure to be a shareholder. I don't contribute though.
I have given up reading IAG board, I just can't take all the aggro. I think you may well be right about the share price about to improve, I certainly hope so.

Did I read somewhere that EZJ are starting a new route flying Belfast to Tenerife ? to cash in on at least some holiday traffic. Talk of vaccines is perhaps having the obvious effect on
shares of testing companies, NCYT and AVCT but personally I don't believe it and think that our good friends the MMs are using it for cover for an (overdue) tree shake.....or am I in denial? Probably;

WWhat a day I have had. Mr NCYT sent his men round to take part of a tesla away but luckily GGP, HEMO and SNG beat them up and put it back!
Trying to do some last minute shopping and sorting out when things started to go wrong. Both local, rather large, supermarkets have run out of my prefered red wine....I don't believe it, why didn't I plan for this? Anyhow, shortly after I got back to my place a txt from Brittany Ferries arrived to say that they are cancelling my ferry. I telephoned them and now I am on the thursday ferry, last one out of Roscoff till March. If they cancel that one, then it will get interesting. Still at least I get more time in France to track down the wine I prefer.

R...thanks for that cgt calculator address, I will have a look. I tried to use a tax.gov one a couple of years back, it was called "an easy CGT calculator", ha, should have been called an oxymoron.com.

Bought more NCYT this morning....sorry if I am getting like a broken record. I think there are a few more months of big increases there, my decision partly supported by Matt Handjob on R4 this morning claiming that the first people to benefit from any vaccine will be NHS staff and that it should be available in first quarter next year.
Boots test, yes looked into that yesterday and all I really know is that it isn't supplied by NCYT or AVCT, obviously my prefered suppliers. GGP and HEMO doing rather well, HEMO are up maybe 40% in this last week, I was indeed lucky there, again, as I nearly sold HEMO to go more fully into NCYT/AVCT and SNG.

O... It's great your sons have got on the property ladder at their age. I can hardly imagine how difficult it must be these days with house prices being so expensive today. Good luck to them, it sounds like they are doing the right thing.
I bought my first house when I was 25 and it was a serious financial stretch for me. This was at a time when you had to have savings and a track record with a building society before they would consider you. I had neither so employed a mortgage broker. (Blimey, they have gone extinct haven't they?). The only house I could afford, it cost £8000, had no bathroom, holes in the roof, rotten floor etc but was comparatively cheap for the area close to Gatwick airport. I earned £2600 pa and I remember having to ask my employer to be "economical with the actuality" to exaggerate my salary when the building society checked my salary. Ha, what times they were.

O...I'm looking for something to start moving into as the covid market matures, I'm already very heavily into GGP which I am happy with, got a few travel and leisure stocks waiting for normality to return. But looking for "next big thing". Have some OPG Power which Zac Mir review ed the other day, had them about 2 or 3 months now. I could go for UFO or one of the hydrogen power stocks. Hope your investments are on an even keel.

T...yes, I think I told you about when I was trading NMC Health and I posted on their board, maybe only once. I didn't like how things were going, lots of ramping, pumpy and dumpy etc. It was starting to resemble CCLN in its dying days and I posted a gentle comment to this effect. Whoops, shouldn't have, I got torn to pieces.
It always ends badly when all the chat is one direction. I reduced my holding massively. 10 days later, the company, a ftse100, went down. I lost £3 or £4k so not bad really as I think I made more than that trading them before the end.

Just like to add that Ts scurmishes on IAG board, which I've followed, started with good, relevent comment salvos, went through supporting references barages to reasoned argument. The trouble was he was dealing with sniper fire from people who had confused the share price with their IQ.

T...thanks for that. As I said before your charity giving is very Nobel and I will be doing something similar. Be careful as I think you are NOT allowed to visit your friend in Cardiff according to my reading of the Welsh lockdown rules, but heck, what do I know I am completely confused between tier 7, circuit breaker, lockup and my own personal rule of no breathing out, only in! (Unless you are in government then you can do what the fcuk you like)

T...of course I want an end to this virus business, I'm really starting to miss the way I used to live. To start with, the initial lockdown suited me and didn't impinge on my lifestyle, may even have improved it. ( I'm aware how selfish I'm being). As things progressed I was able to work with the rules and put up with, to me, minor inconveniences. Now it is getting bl++Dy annoying. I have a friend touring the west country who wants to meet up, for a day and night, with me when I return on Wednesday. He is a very good friend and I really want to meet up with him. However, I have to self isolate for 2 weeks.
This is pathetic when I consider the deaths and illnesses. I personally don't know anyone who has got ill yet so it all feels rather remote. I think I need a reality check.
On top of everything, I am benefiting financially from this wretched virus. Yes, guilt is setting in. What a mess. Wish I could see a speedy recovery.

I must admit that the Merlot is breathing in my micro-chateau. (That's between a small cottage and a hovel)
Made about 95% of my target this week, that's actual banked profit as opposed to increases in share value...although welcome don't become profit until sold of course! The reverse of unrealised losses and I have plenty of examples of those.

Sold PLUS at 5.5% profit....This was my last tranche of PLUS which was bought just before they went ex divi 2 months ago. Rather a long day trade but I guess the dividend sweetens it.

V...I am bullish on ASC, more lockdown, more high street store closures, people increasingly easy with the idea of online buying so I think ASC will gain.
I am holding two tranches at the moment bought at 5373 and 4850. But feeling relaxed about it.

Not feeling so relaxed with my CINE holding though.
Bought more NCYT yesterday and sold earlier at 9.3% profit. Think I have decided not to buy the extra SNG allocation. Looks like 175p will be obtainable in open market, or even better.

T...can hardly believe it but my profit on Ncyt is 4t+. Have just bought some more. Also just noticed hemo up 8%. Profit on GGP is embarrassing but is multiple t. Everything else I hold is in the doldrums.
