R...GGP results RNS seems to be quite positive. I have only scan read part of it so far though but the experts on the GGP board seem happy.

After selling TCM the other day, I continued to monitor it and bought back in at 151something yesterday, I'm taking a chance I know but there could well be a minor bid war for them. I will be happy at 185 even though other chatists (one who chats!) say 200, 205. V... Nice gains on DGE, hope you bought in. Kicking myself for not thinking about them a few days ago, they were a good gainer during lockdown last time as everyone stocked up to ease the pain. Not really sure why supermarkets should be so depressed, I bought MRW, my personal favourite, a while ago hoping/expecting gains or at least no movement in share price. Instead MRW rewarded me by exploring new lows. Not for the first time have I read things wrong....perhaps there is work for me predicting the US election result....it's a draw, well, so far.

Thought I had better post something before they class our board as "dormant".
I have sold some SNG, about 12% of my holding to keep my ii account from going negative.
As it happened they were at +7.2% at the time so I got a good price. Think I might make a start on the midweek wine this evening to pretend I'm celebrating. Trump coming second, well if he can claim he has won before the votes are counted then why can't I add to the fake news?

V....yes I always know when they take a tesla away because they always leave the garage doors open...contrast that with when the are delivering one (or more), they are extra polite and close the garage doors.

Numerically lately the weather is very much the same here as when I was in France last week. The trouble is it feels so much colder here, perhaps because we keep the house here so warmer and it discourages me from going outside to work. Plus laziness is setting in as I am getting up later and having my meals made for me.

Did something rather stupid early last week, when NCYT fell from their peak, I bought more. Not a bad strategy for a believer like me but in this case I bought on extended settlement. I will have to do some shuffling and sell something I don't want to in order to fund my account by friday. Whoops and this certainly isn't the first time I have learnt this lesson.

V...SNG now above £1.75 to buy, I bet you are pleased, I certainly am. Thought it would take longer but the virus imperative seems to be increasing.

O...thank you very much for your thoughts re: TCM. I have been doing some reading myself about them and yes, a cupboard full of skeletons is one interpretation. Twice this morning I nearly bought back into them but on balance think I will stay clear. Have banked a nice profit, I shouldn't be too greedy I suppose. For a takeover target with reportedly two suitors competing, their "mere" 8% rise today is a warning sign.

Delighted to have sold TCM this morning for a 9% profit although I have had them for about 7 weeks so not so brilliant.
TCM issued an RNS this morning about a bid approach. They have been one of my favourite non stampy shares over the last three years, I'll miss them if they are taken over.
I was looking at going back into PLUS yesterday, then today I was on the BUY button when they slipped below 1400 but dithered, doubted and didn't.

V...I'll be preloaded with Rioja quite nicely by monday.

V...that's interesting, SNG are my 3rd largest holding after NCYT and GGP. I also have tranches of them at similar prices to you.
Sorry, forgot the fromage, car was full of wine.
I'm off the Merlot tonight, back on Rioja.

V...I wouldn't worry too much about SNG, once this £1.75 allocation has its "feet under the table", they should become a bit more tradeable. They aren't another NCYT, after all we've got GGP for that, but SNG have an apparently good product so far in SNG001. Yes, it needs to get through 3rd stage trials but I am confident in it. Virus 2nd wave is proving a continuing demand for therapeutics. Remdisivir is more advanced in testing but I think SNG product will win.

Just arrived at Roscoff, I've never seen so much traffic on the roads. People are panicing to go shopping, car parks full queues blocking main roads. Was going to get some petrol but only got an hour and a quarter spare! Daren't take the risk. So I am parked in Roscoff exotic garden carpark and with sea view. I'm the only one here.

V...great escape indeed, was toying with deliberately missing ferry so I could enjoy another month of holiday...OH wouldn't be too happy I suspect.

Trouble with the chat board this morning, perhaps too much chat! Seems OK now though.

O....nice gains on Accsys today, up 18% at one point. I have been watching them since you mentioned them to me...it was you wasn't it? I am trying to cover so many shares these days that I am becoming overloaded. On top of that the alerts have stopped working on my mobile, still work on my laptop but must look into that.

Wish I had bought some Accsys as I am being hammered on most of my shares today. Although it hurts when it happens but a minus 17% hit is put into context when a week ago it went up by 50% in a week. Still hurts though. Tried to change the locks on the garage but I was too late, they had already raided me.
