Biggest disparity seem to be the relation between gross and net profit

Pog Gross profit $390m ; Net $40m Big disparity there, but, also showing potential POG has if they get it right.

My take is that its a transfer of shares possible for cgt purposes. But thats my take on it.

Hi Curly Kev, not nice to hear of any person being rude and unhelpful. Problem is, its not illegal. The company need to put their words into actions, then the SP will take care of itself. Unfortunately the track record is not good. Plenty promises but, not followed by actions. Hopefully it will be different with Eric Singer. If you looked at the transcript of the discussions about the YuMe deal, Brian wanted the deal, but not at that time. We then got the puppet from PERK who I believe came in to get that deal done. We not have Mark Bonney and Eric Singer in charge, Most of the old guard have long gone and it is a totally different proposition. Tosca are very quiet and it seems that we are in the normal position of waiting for a positive update.

If, and I do say, If we get that then the share price should take care of itself. But, I must say, I have heard it all before. The commentaries from the AGM were very positive, unfortunately I want them to be heading to the bottom line with profitability and increase in cash.

I have said it before will say it again, if company are genuinely making cash and increasing cash balances to repurchase the shares when they are low would send a message to the market. Time will tell. Too many false dawns.

You only have his word for it, How do you know he is telling the truth ? Maybe as others have alluded to, He is painting a bleak picture to look good in a few months time.

The board, don't and never have been at the "coalface". There job is to manage the company. Pavel, and Peter have systematically destroyed the value in this company with their decisions over the last 10 years.

The last board had a year to sort things out. Not nearly enough time. People who read this type of thing are deluded.

What about Dr Pavels bond issue which was going to cost $13 more. I am sure he was acting in our interest then ( not ). Too many comments from BOTH camps that were stretching the truth just a little.

Pavel needs to try and help restore some of the value that he has helped devastate. He was at the helm when these things happened so only right he has the chance to help put things right. But I don't believe some of the propaganda he has put out ( assuming it has come from him ).

The issue of equity is at 1.25. Not offered to the people who are supporting it, offered to their friends and people make fees on it.

Ant there will be more capital raising to come. That's what happens in these smaller companies. The big winners are the directors and their cronies who get well paid for the capital raising.

If its so good an opportunity, why don't Rio and BHP look at it themselves ???

It wasn't fair that the largest shareholder did not have a nominee. He has now. lets pull together get Pox hub completed. Has been a little quicker than I envisaged. Not out of the woods yet. But they have a chance now,

I dont think IRC will go under, they have spent too much money on the processing plant. It must have value. They will start saving money on transportation costs once bridge is completed.

Just need to get through next 12 months to be in a better position.
