I agree with the info on POG, have said much the same myself.

I still think we can have a positive outcome with IRC. Maybe deluded I know, but there are also positives with this which can help such as bridge completion and reduction of transport costs.

Time will tell.

KENJ, I have got no problem with you being here, or posting. My point was, and is, I do not see the point in repetitive criticising of the company and knocking a company we are both invested in, and sitting on large losses.

I know the company have been very selective in their wording in the passed, including the debt renegotiations with pog itself which led to a rights issue at ( in my opinion ) a ridiculous price of 5p.

The rights issue should have been done years before when the company has a £ sign in front of it and had two digits after that. Alas it was not, and we are where we are now.

If a company posts it is in debt negotiations that are going well, I have to believe them, as I don't know different.

I can not believe we will get out of our guarantee, but, I still think there is a chance of refinancing.

I also believe in Fairies and goblins, saw Lord Lucan over the weekend riding Shergar,and also saw a pig fly, and a blue moon. I may be deluded. But I still live in hope. The pox hub, gives us so many more options.

If not just processing our gold, processing other peoples if we have spare capacity. Once that's up and running it SHOULD, give us a much brighter future and the possibility of increased profitability and cash generation.

I understand what you say about the companies you mention, I could add another dozen to that list easily, with lowndes queensway, Polly Peck, QPP Northern Rock etc etc.

possible more to come, IF they can sort it out, there is still a big market for babies clothes. If companies like primark can source cheaper goods they maybe mothercare need to look at their suppliers.

The meeting was held primarily to consider the receipt of a c.US$30 million bridge loan provided by Petropavlovsk to IRC (classed as a connected transaction), in order to assist IRC repay its 20 June 2018 instalment under the US$340 million ICBC project finance facility. As part of the agreement, IRC shall repay Petropavlovsk the amount outstanding under the bridge loan, together with the applicable interest, in one instalment on 20 October 2018.

That would suggest there is good progress being made with those debt conversations. Hopefully.

They are also banned from trading if they know " price sensitive information" it is called insider trading,

I was always going to hit a brick wall at some point simply because if it was buying related they have to be able to match the trades.

As for 1 or 2% each day we have done much more than that with about 35% from time new shares were issued.

This is a long game though and I by long I dont mean weeks or months I mean years. But, the company has to deliver. It has been taken out of intensive care, they are trying to take the oxygen mask off, but to breathe easily it means new product lines and profitability.

Pursuant to the terms of the transaction agreement, the Company acquired certain assets and related liabilities from RadiumOne, Inc. for consideration of up to $22M. The consideration included an upfront payment of $5.5M in cash with up to a further $16.5M being held back as security for certain indemnification obligations of RadiumOne, Inc. and payable at a future date in Company shares or, in certain circumstances, cash at the Company's discretion.

The deferred consideration amount resulted in 30,956,849 Company shares being held back from the consideration payable on closing based on a price of $0.53 per share. The current payment of $5M in cash against this deferred consideration amount reduces the number of Company shares held back by 9,380,864, for a current maximum number of 21,575,985 Company shares to be issued by the Company at a later date, not to exceed one year from the date of closing. Any Company shares issued will be subject to a lock-up of one year from the date of closing, subject to limited exceptions.. NOT TO EXCEED 1 YEAR. !!!!!!

Its bonus payments in line with their terms and conditions circa 30k each. They didnt ask to be removed and the share price was doing a lot better with them in charge.

The only thing I would argue with is bonuses should be profit AND share price performance related.

People should NOT be rewarded for failure.

Depends where they came from. If bought direct as lump ( possibly ) but unlikely he would do it that way.

If bought from someone else or through a broker probably not.

Could be very simple, people getting shares into their account see price fall, panicking a bit, and taking profit.

This is a long game and not a lot has changed since they got the money. Once we get an update it will give us a better idea of where we are at.

He has played with the shares including the puts and calls he had after the rights issue.

He is playing small shareholders like you and me for a fool.

Based on the update he put out and the problems with IRC I would wonder why anyone would want to purchase 20% of stock. This is one of the guys who had put and call options on POG stock, so frankly, I don't believe one word of it.

Go on Pavel, prove me wrong !!! Maybe he is going to buy some from his mates at cabs and Slevin, or maybe they are all inter connected anyway.

ONLY "a" trades are used on this site. So if trade is "O" trade it wont affect this sites calculation of gain or fall.
