Kenj. Did you not say that IRC were paying interest payments only ??? Sorry if I got that wrong. !!! borrowed $340m initially payable $21500 semi annually. . Supposed to be fully repaid June 2022. Five subsequent payments increased to $29750000 so that would suggest that laon from POG was for that repayment and if these repayments were made on schedule that after June 2020 it would gpo back to $21250 semi annually and be fully repaid in June 2022.

They are looking to extend this repayment period.

I would suggest that a bank would be better served extending facilities and collecting more interest than trying to forclose, they still say they are in negotiations with another Russian bank as well.

Even if they didn't on their own, I think POG could manage to pay the debt and their own, but it would take a much longer period and we would be at the behest of the lenders again.

Better for them to be able to re-finance even if we still have to guarantee it, and them to get their house in order.
