Kenj I would have thought that IRC and POG will be having long conversations with administrators to see if there are any assets of General Nice that they might be able to pick up for a song, including the shares.

Administrator isnt bound to sell at best price they need to prove that they have got best deal for creditors. As IRC and indirectly POG are creditors it might give them a bit of a helping hand.

These problems are NOT new, we have known about them for years. Even General Nice isnt a major negative as they got some sort of royalties for paying that money which now go.

The only difference is we have paid the payment on their loan and they are "supposed" to be renegotiating the loan. General Nice info should not affect those plans. My opinion only.

We dont want to participate in a rights issue. Where would be find the money. ??? IRC still has a chance once amir bridge is completed and thats not that far off. There has to be some value in IRC as they spend all that money on the processing plant. That on its own has to be worth something.

Time for the directors of both companies to start earning their money and sort things out.

The only thing I can think of is he didnt have the ready cash at the time as he did make a large purchase. At least he has bought more.

we dont want more ownership. we have reduced our holding since the last fundraising. Too much doom and gloom here. The general Nice money isnt extra money we have to pay its just money we are not going to get. They rescheduled things the last time to make it look as if they were making a profit when in reality they were not.

I hope the people who voted for Pavel and his cronies ( the big supporters of IRC ) because his And Hambros sprogs are running the show there. At least the old new board ( if you know what I mean made it plain they wanted rid of it ) I think we could end up taking on the debt and owning the whole company again ) unless as they have alluded to someone else takes on the debt.

Unsecured debt is known as a debenture bond. It is the same as a secured bond only it doesn't have the collateral pledge. The holders fall in the same range as general creditors if a default occurs. In case of default, secured debt is paid first, unsecured is paid second and if there is anything left, subordinated debenture bonds, or those held junior holders are finally paid.

And that's what I have been saying for the last few years. Sadly it is affected by gravity.

This wont change until the company shows it is making real profit and is sustainable. There is no reason for shorters to buy the shares to cover their positions at the moment as, after all updates, even when the price has increased, interest wanes, volume drops and it is brought back down.

This is the harsh reality of this share. It has been a shorters dream, and judging by the incessant negativity from our beloved friend he is either a very disgruntled ex employee, an investor who has lost a lot of money, a shorter, or a total saddo.

The only way to wipe the smile of his face is the company to come out and "prove" that they have turned the corner and are able to produce good sustainable profits. Some of the things we have seen would suggest we are much much closer to getting where we need to be. Some advertising companies are making millions. We need to become the trusted and preferred provider. The rest will follow. its like a dot to dot puzzle. A lot of the dots seem to have been aligned. But, it isn't finished yet.

Maybe they will give the shares back and they can be cancelled.
