The whole purpose of share dilution is to DECREASE the % ownership of EXISTING shareholders.
As we are existing equity holders we would be required to swap our existing shares for much less of a % in the newco if dilution is the way forward. This is a personal opinion and I don't buy a Wipeout.

Time and time again some are suggesting this will be wiped out. This isn't going to be wiped out .This will most probably be diluted like AMGO is going to be. IF you are deep in depth and have not been averaging it down the chances of you recovering your original investment are low and you will end up worse off than those who have been. Secondly, mooky and his 22% is all part of this and very few believe he's going to let this go easily.

If I am being totally honest most invested and posting here apart from a few causing mischief have joined the ride way above the current sp. Many have decided to remain in here and turned this from an investment to a punt. This is not a bad thing considering that they would have lost loads anyway. This has a slight chance of a turnaround given that it's being hanging in there for quite a long time. For those that are not invested here its very easy to post anything here and hope that they will have a "I told you so moment"

I Totally agree. These are all the issues that we as shareholders need answers to. Until than the SP is neither here no there. I think as soon as any news is on the horizon we should see the SP making significant moves.

Honestly speaking most LTH and others who are investing and trading for years are not swayed by some posts here and some explanations and arguments in support or against just don't add up.
Most here are well aware of the risks they have taken for staying on this ride and know this will go either way.
