Equities is all about taking a higher risk for a higher gain. Some who are contemplating a last minute grab will find themselves ultimately disappointed.
If you are not prepared to take that higher risk than I suggest you need to stop right here and put your money in a safe deposit/fixed interest investment.

What is really more appropriate and interesting is the fact that PM and MB have not commented on any ongoings but are preparing for the final round of negotiations and confirmation of the deal they have agreed.
This delay in itself is significant to indicate that this is a game changer and not just related to your standard business agreement.
