Its a sad fact that most who have lost money are regretting the choice of their investment. Their is no perfect way to stock market investment.
You have to be prepared to lose some investments and gain in some investments.the two simple rules that should be followed are never to put money in equities that you are not prepared to lose and secondly don't put all your cash on one or two stocks.With that in mind a recovery is more likely from disasters such as this.

I would say it's easy and acceptable by some to be critical in certain situations when you are not on the receiving end. This guy is trying to do all he can to not only try all avenues open to him but in his attempt to do this he is also helping others to try and achieve what he is trying g for himself.

IMHO the vultures have had their day and have taken all the scraps. Anyone who thinks mooky cares about any PI's is on a different planet. Once this is finalized which will take some time and the lenders are truly in the driving seat even the day to day speculators will vanish. I as a LTH have lost some of my savings but I take comfort that it could have been worse. Thanks to Tegop, Realinvestor and Hexam and Wolf for your many contributions.

Wait for the update folks. Everyone seems to have a knee jerk reaction as soon as there is a hint of some news true or untrue. This should have gone up already if there was anything meaningful on the horizon. Calm down !!.

We have the rampers/derampers here who basically are not posting anything new but the same rhetoric.
Most invested here have done without taking any notices of what some are posting .
No amount of ramping/deramping or anything else for that matter is going to effect the SP.

It's true that mooky is a fighter and this is clearly evident in the way he and the BOD are handling the ongoing proceedings . Whatever the case its the creditors who have the upper hand and if they proceed with the reshuffle at the top there is little else anyone including mooky can do.
We are on a wing and prayer and if push comes we end up just like mooky and his band e cept that we are bottom of the chain

Pure gambling and having a punt in the hope that they will salvage something.
Not a big loss for me personally but I feel sorry for some who lost out big time.
This is not a blame game. Just put it to experience and hopefully recover elsewhere.

We have had too many figures and talk of figures from all directions being posted here . Fact of the matter is whether CINE remains afloat isn't just down to figures . The main problem is the mountain of debt and if it can remain trading and servicing the debt. The BOD have been reckless with the debt and not have not taken steps to reduce it is beyond belief.
The figures do have a material effect but this is now just one piece of the jigsaw.

You are correct in a way too but the odds are totally in favour of further losses if you try to salvage anything from this one.
Cine is a different situation as they are covering their costs and managing to keep afloat.
IMHO there comes a time you have to write off a loss learn from your experience and recover the loss elsewhere.
And secondly NEVER invest any money which you can not afford to lose.

And go even more deep in the red. IMHO.
There are far more clever and shrewd investors and financial experts than us PI's in my opinion and even they have given up.

What makes a few think that the board hadn't thought about a takeover?

Many are pausing and having second thoughts making comparisions with AMGO. The demise of AMGO was on the cards sometime ago and was mainly accelerated due to the change in sub-prime lending both legal and market forces.
In my opinion this will ride the storm and come out as will the general leisure and travel industry.

We have all waited a fair amount so a little bit more isn't going to make a big difference.

Boy some have got the time on their hands. If you are not invested here and you keep on drumming in time and time again about other investors and what they should be doing. Surely someone must be getting paid for the sheer effort.
