You are one of many who has accumulated a big chunk and I have a fair bit riding here as well.
But for us LTH it would be absolutely foolish to do anything else now but just sit tight and hope for the best.
It's a good lesson and one that needs to be put down to experience.

Has anyone heard anything more about the meeting scheduled for this week. I saw the link that Tegop posted and it said it will be held one day this week. It would be useful to know If there is anything of significance to shareholders .

Folks.
Lets get this straight. This is not dead and there's lot to go for here. Mooky and his band might not be able to continue the same way but those who are thinking to bid for this are sharp shrewd businessmen and know exactly how to turn this around with the money available to them. What we as PI's need to concentrate on is what is the best we can get for our equity . IF as some have suggested the court are going to give a favourable outcome and the chain survives its a bonus. Don't think the family will give this away cheap either as they would want to keep it going.

It amuses me to see some posting here advising people to jump the ride when they are not in it and have no intention of joining it. Some even suggesting that we need to go and read publications to learn trading.
This is not dead call it a cat or whatever you may. NOTHING has changed significantly to suggest that this has no steam left. A little bit of good news and up we go.

Are you invested here Antlev? It doesn't sound as though you are.
Spare a thought for others and think about the folk who have invested their pension here and remain invested in the hope for a decent retirement.

Quite simply the family who have built this up over the years aren't giving this up for zilch. Thats why.
The question still remains if there will be something in here for the equity holders particularly the PI's.
If you have invested here and have lost a bit you can take a 50/50 bet there will be something left to salvage.

I am holding here for the simple reason that hopefully some cash rich bidder will come and offer something for our equity.I hope that those who strongly feel that Cine can continue trading are right.
As poor and someone else mentioned its a 50/50.
But like you i believe the ship has long sailed. Its too late for that.

I take your point and agree it would be best for equity holders if Cine kept on trading and eventually got itself back in profit.
The truth is that's not going to happen and we know the reasons why.
What we can hope for is more bidders to show a firm interest so hopefully the equity pi's can salvage something .
I think that The BOD have made some serious mistakes in driving debt to such a high level . Something that shouldn't have been allowed.However I cant see the family who have been running this business for a quarter of a century give it away for nothing.

It does matter if the P/L shown not a penny profit I agree. But does it not mean that those bidding for the chain have something else to do with what remains and have the expertise to turn it around with the cash available to them.
I don't think that those interested in the bidding will carry on in the same way as Mooky and his band.
Surely it is an opportunity for those interested to salvage from this position now that the worst is coming to an end.
The timing couldn't be better.
