I bet like most of us knew someone had the sense and worked out they've consulted (CW)more lawyers than some of us even thought of before making and releasing any statements.

This could go to £2.75 -2.95 if gold rises another 3-4%.

I think overall I have to agree with you Hexam.
What you've got to understand is that most including the majority of LTH have lost all in this ride. The only thing they have left is to hold onto some hope of a last minute reprieve from the Judge and get something back from the "shell" as you put it.
What concerns me is that some are just not prepared to accept the shell could be worthless.

Well if this one will keep on the upwards trend massive than I don't know what he will do cause he jumped the ride and is somehow itching to get back in.

Many here are pointing the blame at The BOD and the way this has been handled in general. As a LTH I have had to write off nearly 20k. You have to start looking at yourself and ask yourself who made the decision and when was this decision made to invest. If you can be very honest about it the answers are staring at you. Blaming someone else no matter who it is isn't the answer. No amount of legal wranglings is going to get anywhere. I am not going to discourage those trying. Good luck to them. But IMHO it sounds like throwing even more hard earned money down the drain.

Someone has shut the stable door. Its too late. We are now in the remit of talking legalities and this could take a long long time without any results or signs of progress. It could end up becoming too costly. We still need to lawyers in the hope that they would provide us initial guidance and advice to see if there could be a positive outcome for the PI's.
But it could be a situation where more good money is thrown away.
