If you look carefully after the Covid drop you will see the average is 88p so I was trying to be conservative by saying 75p ha ha.

I would settle for either though.

I am super confident that The Works will at some point re rate because IMO it is way oversold but why the rise today? Anyone?

Strolls masterstroke was the appointment of the CFO Kenneth Gregor.

All above board and reported correctly of course but this guy managed to slip in Dilution 3 last Monday without even a blip on the share price because everyone (including the City) were so preoccupied with the consolidation.

Especially when you consider the effects
Dilution 1 and 2 had on the share price. Dilution 3 was twice as big as 2 and not even a blip. Pure Mastery.

Yes it’s a shame that they don’t promote it and I really don’t understand why? I mentioned it to both my son and daughter and they had never heard of it and swore their allegiance to moonpig when I suggested checking it out. A week or so later my son said he had give it a go and not only loved it but is now his preferred choice!

I must stress though that this is just a guess and it’s based on my belief that the world has got a future and we will all move in from this dreadful virus so CARD will recover to the minimum of what it was before Covid. If the world hasn’t got a future and I am wrong then it doesn’t really matter what it goes to because we will all be dead. All IMHO Good luck.

Hi didar yes I had spotted this before I invested myself but if you look carefully at the chart you will see that the proper drop from 150p to 75p was in the first week of January and no doubt linked to the following article (and no doubt corresponding RNS?)

The next drop to 50p was IMO linked to Covid.

I’m no expert but I do think that Card has got 100% from here based on the fact that the shops are now open and everyone I walk passed is really busy. What I also think is encouraging is that careful inspection of the share price chart shows that in previous years there is no obvious drop after Xmas so it’s not (that) seasonal and purely relying on the Xmas sales. All IMO of course.

Somebody is discretely building a position.

The share price at close of play Friday 11/12/20 was 70.85p so I’m guessing that the opening price on Monday 14/12/20 after the 20:1 share consolidation is going to be £14.17?

I have no doubt it will get to 47p but you will just stare at it thinking it’s going to 50p then get greedy waiting for 52p.

Even if you manage to take some outta say 52p the price will drop at some stage and whatever you took out will go straight back in! Ha ha

Hi Steve. Can’t see an obvious reason for the jump but I’m most certainly not complaining. Pleasantly surprised each time I go to the local shopping centre and see how busy the WRKS is but whilst there I am more surprised how busy the CARD Factory is. They are both multi baggers IMO.
