Although on the face of the SP going down it’s worrying, and it is, the fundamentals have NOT changed, therefore, the company is in excellent order.
I have in other investments in the past seen the same pattern when finance is raised.
The Sp before raise races ahead well beyond the raise price before the raise only to fall back well below the raise once done. It then climbs to the true value later.
Only in hindsight have I seen this pattern here.
I will still hold long as I believe this will recover in the new year.

Well the US and Canadian’s liked what the Fed announced today so will that translate to a rise in Hzm tomorrow?

All told I’m 20% down from my high on junior miners. I’m disappointed but all are long so not worried as they will recover and go past that previous high. December is always a slow month so I’m told.

We have definitely now signs of life from the BOD. Shows that progress is being made.

Maybe of those 68 a few are that pesky shorter selling a few more to try and get the SP drown a few more % points before he has to buy them back. A few maybe PIs who were only in for a quick profit to buy Christmas presents.
What they are not, are LTH like myself, who are still confident this will make us some money in a few years.

I honestly don’t believe that RY will be thinking he will be the one to take Amur into production.
So what is his intentions?
There are many possibilities two of which are sell the company or step down as CEO.

So only the 25% which covers the ML will be reassessed in the FEED2 and DFS.

As you know having held shares for a long time the new shares will be submitted to the exchange on the 22nd December. At this point Horizonte Minerals will more than double its Market Cap.
This will allow large institutional investors to invest more in Hzm.

All good for increased value for us that are going long.

I wonder if the shorter will try all the dirty tricks?
They have already tried the borrow more shares and selling them.
That was neutralised with the RNS yesterday. Will they try again?

This deal just shows that JM and the BOD are trying to get the best deals for the shareholders that are long.
This deal tightens up the timescales so actually value comes sooner.
What’s not to like.

Just think of the rise in SP when they have to buy them back.
21 million shares is a lot of shares to buy in a low volume market.

Just considering A1, what is a fair value?

Given an NVP8 of $740 million post tax with nickel @ $16800/t.
At 100% of NVP that’s 14.6 pence per share.

So at this stage what % of that would you give as a value for A1.

In my opinion it should not be 42% as it is now.

This in all fairness is a great funding package for a junior miner.

Yes, I was disappointed, but in hindsight I like a lot of others were a bit optimistic.

If this is not voted for then we have no mine and no mine means no company means ZERO value.

As you will already know that any shorter is a low life that will use any means to try and get the SP to drop.

However they create an opportunity to buy.

When they realise that the share is as low as it’s going they will have to buy the shares back. That will then drive the price up. How fast is how desperate they are.

I do not believe we’ll see anything until the new year.

As Bobby said “none of us have a crystal ball”, this is AIM, where sentiment carries more value than fundamentals.

In the case of Horizonte you can see that in this deal. Because an epic deal was expected by some, maybe the majority, of PIs, a very good deal is actually seen as bad, so sentiment is low. This is the reason for some of the PIs to exit.

As Picked says I believe that Positions have now been taken.

Is the Share Price at the bottom? I truly hope it is.

If you just look at the fundamentals and news flows then you’ll see a steady rise to production of A1. Because of sentiment this will actually be a serrated saw blade with associated pain and blood.

The first thing is that the placing and GM needs to be got out of the way. Once that’s done normal trading will resume. Only the will the SP have any chance of recovering.

I’ve deliberately not mentioned any SP values as this will as we’ve already seen be driven by sentiment not fundamentals.
