It creates volatility in the share which will encourage day traders. Which means with the spread that the price will jump first thing as buying pressure is high. Once traders have had their fill they will start to sell. Price will then settle.

What would the total combined cost of the shares purchased by holders. I.e. what people have actually paid. That may reflect on the willingness or not on general to sell.
As you say if the what’s on the table as a final offer equals 9p per share and then the question would be whether people would vote for it.
If the combined average sp of shareholders is 3p maybe the consensus would be to accept, but if it’s 12p then would the consensus be to reject?
From a purely economic position any conflict is bad news for most. Personally I have shares in AMC a nickel copper company in the Far East of Russia so have an interest.
Whenever you estimate anything for timescales and cost, take your first thought and double it then double again. You may then be in the right area and won’t be disappointed.
I sold half my stake here in October and bought more Hzm as I thought Hzm would be quicker. Well it was but I bought at 8p now they are 6p. Still both are good prospects. I should show more patience.
Any big mining investors will be looking for a 5x return minimum. So what can they afford to invest here? With a conservative estimate of $20 billion in ground that gives them $4 billion to extract. So the cost to build was $1 billion Operation costs I forgot what that figure was AND the purchase cost.
My view the need to get their hand a lot deeper in their pocket.
I was going to say that they are having a small punk at it going to 7p. For a quick £300k profit. But it’s a rich man’s game if they can afford to loss that.
