IMHO share consolidation does not change the fundamentals, it does, however, change the perception of value and hence sentiment.
I would suggest that people have a perception that higher the cost the better the quality and it’s worth having. This would lean to the notion that more LTH will enter pushing out speculative punters. There would, therefore, be a great portion of the company in sticky hands. This together with increased sentiment will drive the share price up to meet the fundamentals.
Also the BOD would not be doing it if it wasn’t going to have a positive impact on the market cap.

They have released a few RNSs since updating us that there is no update, lol.

I’m slightly confused.
My understanding is party A who owns the shares still wants ownership but is willing to hedge for a time income.
So they enter a deal with party B. B will pay A interest. A will pay B any gain in SP. B will pay A any loss in SP value.
All very simple, NOT,!

I’m committed to Hzm long term, waiting for the dividends to start flowing in three years or so.
At that stage I believe we will see an SP north of 20p. This a lot of people have already spoken about.
In the 3 month timeframe you speak about I could see an SP of 10-12p.
I wouldn’t exactly say that transformational.

Don You think Glencore would have done a slight bit more research before committing a sizeable lump of cash to up their stake in Horizonte, as opposed to a so call journalist paid a pittance for each column inch.

So even at an extra 10 p on todays price that’s over £5 million. Not bad for a couple of years work.
