I see a rise in January to the 8-9 pence range. It will trade in that range for 6-9 months until news starts to flow on A1 build and A2 plans.
It will move up again to trade in the range 10-12 pence until news of the DFS of V.
Predicting further out is even more nonsense for a PI with they finger in the air.

I think once the TEO is in the bag the FOR SALE sign will go up, I don’t think waiting for a DFS will get more.
What’s a likelihood of an offer?
What’s the realistic value of of this company in this state?
What’s the size of offer that would be acceptable to the shareholders?

Just regulatory, official notification of of their share holding.

The Christmas gift I would love is an RNS stating the TEO has been accepted in full.
Even better is another follows detailing the terms of a takeover.
There is no way that this company will be taking this project anywhere near production.
They may produce a DFS if not selling to a Russian company.

All depends on your view on value.
If you take just cash in the bank from the raise and existing cash then that equates to above 4.2p per share nothing else considered.
Some say we should be at 50% NVP at this stage. That’s 7.3p just for A1.
Some say we should add 20% for A2 at this stage. That’s another 1.5p for A2.
Some say add a bit for V.
So all told we should be at a base of 9p and starting to travel north of that in the new year as news follows.

I thought that the SP would have risen more when they closed.

I don’t think so. If there had been a leak I would have thought that there would be more volume.

They have been pretty successful in their task so far. I’m not a fan of the shorter.
On the placing the SP was always going gravitate towards the placing price and overshoot. This would normally bounce back and settle at the placing.
However, incomes Maven and sells 28 million shares into a downward tend. Hey bingo the bounce is reversed and here we are.
The fundamentals haven’t changes so I believe when Maven has to buy back this will bounce as much as the drop and a lot more.
The SP May drop a bit further as Maven will still employ dirty trick to drive this down.

Please ignore the FT as it so out of date it would not have been correct when the dinosaurs were roaming the earth.
As for the MCAP it will be 6p x 3.8 billion = £228million.
