My hope is to remain independent. I believe that is the best way to realise maximum value for the real investors here.

They have just raised $500 million. Some of this for capital investments.
I just wonder if some will be used for acquisition.

I was thinking more along the lines of a single model with options.

E.g. a Ford Foocus, with option for a town run about with an iron battery or a motorway cruiser with a nickel battery or a super charged version for the boy racer.

I just wonder if car manufacturers will offer car models with different battery options?
For they did in the past with ICE. Petrol and diesel of different sizes.

I too am getting a little fatigued by all the excitement. There is only so much adrenaline that can be produced. Maybe not as my response is to buy more.

My personal preference would be to not have a takeover.
I would want to have the 3 to 5 pence dividend. Which 3 million shares that would make a really comfortable retirement for me.

As there was a reasonable rise yesterday on no news I believe it was going to be a sure thing the SP would slightly dip today on opening.
I don’t know what the spread was yesterday, but believe traders may have seen an opportunity to trade and hence the price increase on a small volume. MM spread now my be to discourage trading and keep the SP in a price range for now.

Take the humble potato and the value add for that.
Would a price rise on that stop you buying your oven chips.

Like the ML the company may have submitted their bits. They may be waiting, so therefore not in their hands. It take at least two parties to negotiate a deal. I don’t know if one or the other is in a stronger position to push.
As for the communication I agree it could and should be better.
However they can only communicate thing which are not material to the SP unless they put out an RNS.
So any communication would be mundane.

IMHO, the current SP is all down to K selling.
I believe it would have been higher before ML and held onto the gains after ML.
My view it that it would now be 8p.

The only deadline for the government was the submission of the TEO, which was submitted about 6 weeks ago.
So all good now.

I agree that he should have nearly raised the $900k now, but it looks like he’s been constantly requiring funds for Volt over the past year.
Do you think this will stop as he’ll have enough for Volt at the moment?

It’s only 6 weeks ago it was submitted, it’s likely to be more than 6 months.

But I always have to hope it’ll be less.

It is strange as there has been 2x500k and 2x250k share sales I believe. Normally this has taken the SP down. MMs have raised the SP. why?
