I think this was discussed here way back. Fro memory the advantage is helps develop drugs that work against the pocket more than an affimer based treatment.

There are other molecules working on this including aptamers - not a downer but just reality.

If it is an affimer based drug, past experience suggest we will licence out to one of the big boys under a confidential arrangement and we will hear no more about it.
