Both sides of argument seem valid. No company is going to commit huge sums for unproven tech. Hypothesis looks fantastic - a substitute for Mabs, targeted chemo, a new twist on DX. The partnerships we have are good news if you consider them as steps towards where we want to be. Very slow steps. The LFD was promised to be the magic dust to make everuthing happen and apart from a lesson in produced development timelines has not really diverted much that we know of. However, it did enable some cash from Sir Al friends and family and that should see the next stepping stones in therapeutics in next 18 months (based on a Sir Al 4 months = 1 year).
This is now a bog standard early doors pharma play. Until we have the next level of data just hold and chill. Maybe you will be rich, maybe you won't.
