I have my shares in HL ISA. They will transfer to a HSBC holding account. I think this means out of my ISA and tax relief.

Should in

A) continue to hold in HSBC
B) Sell within ISA and buy US stock through other account. This leaves cash in tax wrapper (but requires cash outside).

I see you shoe horning stuff - just sounds desperate which I also suspect has the opposite effect of whatever you are trying to achieve. Given I got in to Avacta at a much lower price than you I can see why you are so.anxious even if I don't share your obvious panic.

Not any particular post but its like listening to someone sing out of tune. I agree Avacta looks like a really hopeful investment I just don't rely on hope over facts. We are still in a high risk period, lots of unknowns and the potential for surprises (both positive and negative) from partners.

Keep up the enthusiasm but maybe try and not highlight the hope over evidence. Otherwise you come across as a rather poor version of a religous fanatic and whilst I'll make you a nice cup of tea most people stop listening and just scroll past.

The evidence I have seen is one patient has received 3 doses at 90% of standard dose. The trial continues. It was always planned as multi-centre and as normal centres start at different times.

The data enabling use in humans is positive. If it wasn't then it wouldn't have started.

So the initial premise of a potential new therapy remains very similar this week to last week to last month. I am as happy this week as I was last week.

I am not doing cart wheels. I hope to be doing them in about 3-6 months.

Not sure if an n of 1 would be accepted for publication. Its not been set up as a case study or an n of 1 trial. I doubt they have planned an interim study after 1 patient.

We can try and read meaning into AS turn of phrase but it was set up to look at pK and I suspect that at most there is data consistent with the hypothesis. As someone who as spent a lot of effort to get this far who can blame them.

Trials do not update as they go along - the trial and communication is the same as every other trial.

The tech is great, the trial is robust. We really don't need time invent stuff whilst we wait. If people need warm feelings I suggested they go p in their pants.

Biggest problem is deciding which projects to run with. My own view is the Dx division will eventually start on quantative biosensors in partnership with big company with the LFD being a stepping stone to this. In meantime they may have some things up their sleeve including the States. There are also noises off about Tx molecules that will eventual escape the NDA constraints

I'm not sure how to read this. Does an individual patient get escalating dose or does each new group of three patients start on a higher dose than the previous three.

It is a Good point although others have pointed out previously FAP in mice and humans is not equivalent.

People have been suggesting the first patient was given High doses in some sort of escalating increase. This is not my understanding of a 3+3 study design and as you say the initial dose is 90% equivalent. Your maths highlights that the patient (lets hope this trial really does change their disease course) or rather their tumour is getting hit with a significantly bigger dose than standard care and importantly the rest of their body is spared toxicity.

The first patient received their first dose of AVA6000 at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust post-period end in early August 2021 and has now received their second and third cycles of treatment.

Not sure how this translates to cumulative dose compared to SoC but happy to be enlightened

Today has just been a rinse and repeat of what we know. The LFD is in a very crowded market and is icing on the cake. The value in Avacta is the Tx division along with the potential risk. The reliance on third parties mean info is under NDAs but today the company confirm this is a looooong slow burn. Ability to hold and forget required
