the lateral flow test device must be identifiable as the test provider’s
the photograph must also show the international arrival’s unique test booking reference
the result must be clearly visible

So I think this means you can do the test at home. What isn't clear is do you need to do it over video link and does that constitute professional use. I certainly hope so (despite HUA any day now).

Providers have to have MD or equivalent to oversee SOPs - probably in the belief that medics don't want to get struck off. Nice work if you can get it.

Its crazy. I mean what is wrong with all these investors. I have literally given millions to them in pensions, isa etc and yet despite having access to highly paid analysts and clinical experts they cannot work out how amazing the news that a third hospital has startedrecruiting is - do they not pay any attention to Twitter. I mean we are virtually home and dry - the first patient probably had the best response any patient ever had to any drug even at 90% of the standard dose hence all these hospitals rushing to be involved. I just hope I get a chance to top up before we get news of patient number 2 - jeez I am going to go out on a limb here but any day soon we are going to hear a fourth hospital will be involved and still those professional analyst types will sit on the fence. I mean what are they waiting for. Do they not understand that we are completely risk free and will be taking orders soon for world domination of the chemotherapy market. I mean what could possibly go wrong.

They have stopped other products for lack of efficacy. Ethically you cannot offer a trial therapy if you have evidence it doesn't work - my view is they have to declare both efficacy and safety before proceding to P3. Not an expert

Think the target audience is lfd developers who are looking for suppliers of reagents. B2B.
