Just been reading that China has lost control of waste management (if it ever had any).

Many of their waste tips have nearly 10 times the amount of waste that they were designed for. much of it being imported from other countries.

A vast amount of this waste is plastics and tyres, both toxic if not processed in a controlled manner.

The world appears to be sinking under waste, surely the time can't be far off for PHE to get a foothold in the waste mountain problem's.

My reason for considering compulsory follow up RNS's is purely on the fact that if there is no follow-up RNS then how can we every trust what a company first releases.

I would think the percentage of AFC investors think, 'Yer Right, believe it when it happens' whenever AFC release a time forecast news release..

I do agree its the way of the world though.

I must admit that I get ready for 0700 hours RNS releases every day, especially on a Monday after the previous week without news of either progress, contracts or in fact any news.

Whilst I accept things are probably going on behind the scenes, it should be compulsory that once a RNS is released stating timelines, once those timelines are reached, a follow up RNS should have to be released.

Trust is key to any investing, if this was any other investing method, it would be looked at as mis-selling.

How many other AFC investers, start the week dispondent and finish in the same vein.

I think that the company is under most peoples radar.

Once this does start to get notices, that's when I think the fireworks will start.

As financials and sales businesses concerns are being held more and more to account re hacking/fraud the market is ever looking for companies such as Echoh.

It is looking like the contract volume is going from strength to strength and as fraud increases all I can see for ECK is a win win.

They do have competitors, but if you do sufficient research their secure contact payment system looks stronger than all that competition.
It also looks good when a customer approaches a company due to the word getting round, as mentioned in the RNS.

With increasing revenue and a strong covered dividend, whats not to like about this company.

Memory perhaps serves me wrong so stand to be corrected, but I thought AFC put out a couple of years ago that a company in South Korea would be happy with taking fuel cells that had reached 6 months longevity.

Just watched the video and as others have already mentioned, David Ryan is neither a salesman nor a natural speaker and that to me is why he comes over as a straight talking bloke who believes what he says.

The future for PHE looks very good indeed.

If there is no agreement between the EU and the UK, tariffs will by default be set automatically by the WTO, which every country has agreed to deal by if there is no separate arrangement. Of course it is still customers in those countries that need to agree sell or buy, but the countries rulers themselves are bound by the WTO rules and can be heavily fined by putting restrictions on goods entering or leaving.

Therefore a no deal becomes a WTO deal by auto default.

Quite often buys outnumber sells by volume and yet the sp drops due to buyers being tempted by the drop itself.

Of course there can be many other reasons, but how many times have buyers averaged down, purely on a sp drop.

Although many think that for ever buy there has to be a sell, due to the certain number of shares in the system, often quite a fair percentage are actually floating in the system awaiting trades.

Mostly the pot of trades is partly full, it's when buys start to lead sellers instead of dipping into the shares already available that things really start to take off.

Probably not the clearest of explanations, but it makes sense to me.

Most of it read before, but still a good read which points to a very promising future for PHE.

Re travelling over 400 miles to AGM. A very good sayiing is, 'Pick your battles and only fight those you have a chance of winning'.

Apart from the travel cost, there would also be the accommodation costs, which to my investment would not be worth the time, cost or effort. But if I thought for one moment my attendance would make any difference, I would still make the journey.

I would love to attend the AGM but for the amount I hold, but mainly for the little good it would do, it is not worth my time travelling over 400 miles from where I live.

I do though, appreciate the insight that several of those that attend put on this site.

The government advice committee for climate change has recommended that from 2015 no new homes should be built with either gas central heating, gas cookers and gas hobs. This is in order to reach the target for government is legally bound to meet.

As we all know, what the government agrees to and what it achieves are two different things and most people want gas for cooking due to better heat control, so my betting is that it will be gas central heating that is slowly fazed out.

What with moves like this, plus the increase in electric cars, more and more electricity will be required.

We know that production by solar and wind power will increase, but they also have a big carbon footprint as well as not being constant.

What better than a waste to energy system which if anything reduces the carbon footprint as well as helping to solve the ever increasing problems of waste management.

As Gadhams mentioned in his excellent detailed post, it's the first unit that is the difficult one to sell, but that first sale will come. then just watch the orders roll in.

Would be nice if the saying, 'you wait ages for one then several come along at once' also applies to contracts.

DW, I can't understand why when you say that you have given up responding to BS posters, you then within the same hour, respond. As frustrated as you may be, if you disagree with some posters, why not reply once then leave it be.

For myself, whilst not agreeing with many comments as to why AFC are not producing results, the facts are the sp is almost as low as it has ever been, and the lack of clarity when they do release news, is the main cause.

Won't post again until AFC release a substantial RNS, good or bad.

When PHE start earning, it would not be unusual to such a company in the same sector to have a P/E of at least 10, so that .4p could be multiplied several times.

Not ramping PHE as they still have a way to go, and it is easy to pump figures up, but if all goes well the future for PHE does indeed look very rosy.

No matter what we believe regarding AFC or who is right or wrong, the facts are the sp drops almost daily, with almost a never ending chipping away at the sp.

Whenever a RNS is released it is usually followed by posts complaining (quite rightly) that details are vague, then reasons are often given that to release further details could risk future deals, or pass sensitive information to competitors.

If only they would/could release a RNS as positive at this mornings from PHE.

I like many try to keep positive belief in the company, but the company by keeping things too undercover do neither themselves or their investors justice.

I know many on here are also invested in PHE, so I make no apologies in mentioning today's RNS put out by PHE, as it is just the sort of detailed RNS that we are waiting for from AFC.

Surely the close ties with PHe and Waste2Energy should lead to a RNS soon?
