I have no problem at all with posters who disagree with me, in fact if everyone agreed with everyone else. there would not be much point in reading this thread.

I have learned much from many on here who are far more knowledgeable than me, including those who have disagreed with my views.

The point I was trying to make was that some posts are replying to posts that those replying obviously conclude that the original posters only intent is only trying to wind people up, not contributing to the general discussion.

I fail to understand why whilst many filter certain posters, others continually reply to those posters in a way that obviously shows they tend to agree that these said posters are doing nothing but post utter rubbish.

Surely if you feel that the poster often posts drivel or posts just only intended to wind everyone up, the best method is to filter, otherwise you continue to be wound up and it also results in those who have filtered still have to wade through replies.

I appreciate that I could also filter those who reply to those filtered post, but more often than not those who do reply are those who post serious and interesting comments, IE those I want to read.

Regards to all those sensible adults on here who'es posts I value.

Someone who posts several posts literally stating the same thing, one post almost following after the other.
Even if these posts are relevant they become annoying and often, like in this case lead myself and many others to filter.

Oversold is the term used when the sp is far lower than most of those in the market believe it's value to be.

It is not that there are more sells than buys, as it can be oversold even when buys are higher in total value than sells.

Three possible reasons why the Bod are not buying.

1 They are aware of several contracts about to be signed, therefor they can't buy as it would be insider dealing.

2 They are not buying because they are as disillusioned as we are, that any contracts are still quite a way of from being signed.

3 They are of the opinion that the sp is more likely to go lower than higher.

I obviously hope its reason 1, but after the many previous positive indicating company updates that have ended in yet further delays, disappointments, I like most will not hold my breath.

You say Rennock stated over 1,000 continuous hours achieved.

As there are 17,520 hours in 2 years, either the figure is wrong or the fuel cell is well short of 1 year never mind 2.

Can anyone find anything more accurate on the latest 'know' hours.

Whilst any buys are welcome, a buy of 500,000 at 4.9p is still just under £25,000. What we need to see are buys that in value are at least £100,000 plus. That's when I will start to get a bit exited.

The constant slow downward direction of the sp is as annoying as the drip drip of a bloody leaking tap.

Fully agree.
Even when our Government is running smoothly (yes it does happen sometimes) they are very reluctant to take up new technology.

Many new innovations have to prove themselves successful in foreign parts before our own government takes a chance, that's why most UK started technology companies feel that getting any interest in the UK it like banging their heads on the proverbial wall.

Once these inventions/technologies prove themselves abroad, the UK usually then pays the extra price of not keeping in the race from conception to commercialisation.

Although when it comes to Powerhouse and other companies I am invested, I don't care much where they make the breakthrough and that breakthrough (for Powerhouse) I feel will not to too long coming.

And those 3 trades were at the top price, always a good sign.

I think if they were struggling to keep afloat, they would have needed to raise more, or at least that would be the sensible approach and also, who on the board with any sense would convert hard cash into convertible loans.

As I understand it, The minimum full period of notice for all meetings is 14 days, even if a special resolution is to be proposed, except for the AGM of a PLC, which is 21 days.

I thought it had to be within 12 to 15 months of the last AGM.

All trades today appear to be sells, although there are only 6 in total.

With this being the first post after the 0700 RNS contract, it shows that the interest in this company is still very much under the radar.
With a market cap of only 125 mil, once it does gain investor traction, with a few more contracts the sp will fly.

Whilst i accept that it is often better to grant shares as part of remuneration, I am getting a bit fed up with continuing dilution of my investment holding.

I take the last para to mean that KCOM are not yet obliged to accept either offer and that if a third bidder appears pre 23rd August that bid can be considered. Hence the still increasing SP at opening mid price this morning at 111p. The KCOM said it had consented to the extensions in order to facilitate a potential process under the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers to determine final bids from each of Bidco and MEIF 6 Fibre. It emphasised that there was no certainty that any such process would occur.Come on Virgin, make a bid!!!!

Mean't to add, that over the last 12 months I have seen several comments re companies hauled over the coals for over confident news releases.
