I could but not until I have formulated my list (hopefully if everything comes right I won't need it).

Most though are plain to see, IE no follow up on RNS's re timelines, interested parties (MOU's) and similar.

Surely if there are any updates available re these, and there must be if interest by companies are still there or not, a follow up is required because any MOU's that no longer apply would effect the SP.

Whilst MOU's are not time constrained, surely after several years an investor in a company that has signed up to an MOU deserves to be updated.

I have started to formulate a record of all RNS's that the company have released that could be construed as misleading in either not updating previous RNS's or stating targets/statements that have not materialised.

I appreciate if numbers were in single figures, they could be excused, but they are easily in double figures which is in my opinion above over careless, leaning toward intentional misleading.

Yes I had seen the reference to a recently previously signed contract mentioned, but like you I could not find any other reference to it. Just bought a few more anyway, as I still believe in the product.

The only reference I can find is this from Jan 9th this year, 'These trials have led to serious interest from two major turbine manufactures, one of which has signed a contract to test the IME system on their own equipment in 2019 and a further trial is scheduled at ORE for the other.'

If you can find and post anything re a recently signed contract, it would be appreciated.

Headless chickens run around without seeing or knowing in which direction they are going.

Whilst as ever trying to be positive and still believing in the products of the company, I feel that the headless chickens analogy applies to the board more than it does any posters.

If AFC were to appear on Dragons Den, I can just hear the first few comments.

1 You want us to invest in a company that was meant to be commercial several years ago.

2 We understand that about 8 years ago, you stated that so many companies were interested in your product/concept, that you were concentrating on a percentage of these companies as you did not wish to spread too thinly. Are all or any of these companies still interested, as we can see no updates as to if they are or not.

3 You need to concentrate and prove some of your initial products before diversifying too much.

4 You want us to invest and yet you appear reluctant to back your own company/products with your own money.

I still want to believe in AFC, but seeing the sp in an almost continual curve downward, does not instil confidence.

The thing is olliespop (Gawd you lot could suck the joy from Santa), many of us have been in AFC for years and have heard Santa promising gifts for year after year and he has not yet delivered one fully completed, functioning present.

After a while if Santa doesn't deliver, all his followers will stop believing in both him (Adam Bond) and all his little elf helpers (the remainder of the board).

So its more of AFC sucking the joy out of Xmas, than it is of their long suffering investors.

Good find.

Also Castle Street Hull which is the main route after the A63, M62 to the docks has started its upgrade, which is expected to cost several million pounds. When completed it will reduce (hopefully) the waiting times to get from the M62 to the docks by at least 30 mins.

As I often travel that road and know the problems that HGV,s have, I am sure that when the upgrade is completed, Hull docks will be even more attractive to export/import companies.

i have also seen how the trade through Hull Docks has increased over the years, especially since Siemens came to the docks area.

All the above could be a great opportunity for a company like AFC to show the benefits of off grid, cheaper, clean energy. There is also plenty of empty dockland where AFC could site several of their cell stack units.

Can anyone tell me if the Beta site is worth a try.

It has come out as a RNS on several feeds, I think the r on the end it a typo error as RNSR is for Royal Navy Special reserve.

Could be code for AFC system powering war ships though. !!!!!!!!

Never yet in 25 years of investing seen a RNS written in plain English, thats what keeps the leagal people in work, although to my mind it is clear enough that PHE will not be paying for feed stock.

It will be for ASD to pay, but they will gladly do so in order to, as it states pay a reduction on landfill cost, which are going up year on year.

I can't think of any other where a system is actually paid to the receiver of feed stock. A no brainer for both supplier and receiver.

As to landfill, costs......I would think that as an incentive and/or a deterrent to those using landfill, costs will vastly increase as environmental concerns gain momentum.

As PHE have put out a RNS this morning regarding the Protos site in Cheshire where AFC are involved, might be worth a look.. Powerhouse Energy epic PHE.

With the comment that all of those involved will benefit due to both the electricity being supplied at a significant reduction in cost, plus the lower cost to landfill prices, this has to be a win win.

Once up and running, or possibly before, other companies that have been watching and waiting, will want a piece of the action.

Also, if anyone watched 'planet earth from space', it was shown a massive end of life tyre dump (forgot which country it was in) but it was like the one at Killingholme in North Lincs containing millions of tyres.

No doubt most of the countries in our world have the same problems, with both tyres and none recyclable plastics.

A huge global market, just waiting for a PHE DMG.

Interesting post. How does Chen Tsan-Yao's AFC compare to ours. Hopefully not going to be a serious competitor.

Looking at where the sp ended up at close compared with pre meeting price, it looks like most attendees were not impressed.

Too many strings to a bow makes it impossible to fire any arrows.

Looking forward to any in depth reports from the AGM, not so much for content, but more for how genuine attendees thought the presenters or any board members were they spoke to.

I think many familiar names on these boards who attended are hopefully too used to what AFC say and put out to be conned again.
