Lanstead are paying us more, but I’m sure they have the incentive of warrants at 10p aswell so it’s in their interest for imm to be valued at multiples of that aswell.

Think in terms of mcap. £37m is rediculous for something as potential ground breaking as p140. I really think a buy out for 10x the current price is more than possible and I still think the BOD could reject it as a low ball.

Well I didn’t in all honesty,I believed in p140 but not Tim, but I held on and that’s why this is only just the start of this rise. I’ll reserve my judgement before sending Tim a sincere apology email and a bottle of champagne, but we are looking like this is the start of something very, very special. He had numerous chances to extend his deadlines when asked in interviews “so what lead time are we looking for X,Y,and Z , yet he stool to his word and said 2025 is the year of delivery.

Was there warrants at 10p for lanstead ? I can’t find anything on them? Tim will want to get this share price up to 10p area to get more out of the lanstead agreements and lanstead will get the incentive to excercise their warrants to off set any extra in the monthly payments.

GG I would say £500m upfront payment is too high, more like £1-200m as it’s still early days. However if the data is that promising and a buyer thinks a fast tracked/derisked stage 3 trial looks favourable, then a straight buy out for £500m is possible imo. Once the patent is granted you are getting a hell for your money If it does what imm say.

And if a large holder is building a position they are more likely to approach lanstead and do an off book agreement, or they will buy in tranches steady away. They are not going to buy in £100ks and spike the price so they have to pay more are they.

But there are many of us on here who have seen 10x and 20x on share prices the market has missed.

If you aim for 10p then fair play to you, but let’s not pretend you’re even invested and are not just trying to suttley talk this down.

The market misses value all the time, ESPECIALLY in bio pharmas because they are high cash burn and rarely turn out as hoped. Imm looks like it has the potential to be as big as we think it is.

I would say every grey trade today has been a buy because 3 of them were mine and all others are at very similar prices. MMS are trying to scoop shares here while they fill an order.
