ImmuPharma's novel diagnostic test, designed to identify patients with Type M immune disorder, not only strengthens the value proposition of P140 but also creates an independent commercial opportunity with potential for earlier adoption and partnerships.
Even if you forget the trials (which will be much shorter, accurate, and cheaper) how do you put a price on a globally patented immune diagnostic tool? That alone is worth hundreds of millions and that’s being reserved. Anyone looking at p140 treatment is going to want both, and the diognostic platform doesn’t require clinical trials so a deal will be done very soon imo.
You could partner into IMM on the diagnostic basis alone and still make billions off just owning the rights to that 20 years down the line, then when P140 trials prove its effectiveness, well then you pretty move own 30%-40% of the global auto immune market.
