M type responders are just the super responders . I think these have been identified and isolated for the sake of the trials and getting incredible results for safety and efficacy. It doesn’t mean this has no effect on other autoimmune diseases.

As stated in the interview this works on over 50 autoimmune diseases and the way it works means it is highly likely to be used in other areas of medicine along side other treatments such as checkpoint inhibitors and cancer treatments.

He’s not restricting the timeline, these talks have been ongoing already but the data had to be withheld until patent protection. Now they can reveal the data to potential partners/buyers, they can finalise things they have no double been working on for months. 👍

Old dog share, I admire your optimism and I hope you’re right, but if the “whole world knows about p140” then we wouldn’t have only just tagged an mcap of £50m. Yes p140 is worth £1 a share or more, so exactly like I said, there will be bids being prepared to catch this before it gets up to those levels.

This isn’t who can come up with the biggest ramp, I keep my figures in line with deals I have seen done and realistic evaluations with regards to where we are.

Pounds is possible, but I won’t be turning down £1m if I get offered 50p a share. You can if you like.

There will be hostile bids being prepared as we speak imo. They won’t want this getting too much attention and word of P140’s potential being too well known. At present a 50p cash offer with a small single figure royalty for future sales would get a majority approval off all shareholders. I know I would still be happy with that although we are worth more, but the sooner this bid comes in the lower they can low ball. If they wait too long we could reach 20-30p on no news.

A potential buyer could be building a position here before making a bid to increase their voting rights, and obviously buy a stake of the company at a huge discount.

Yes if we get a cash offer it will be put to the holders to vote on and the BOD will usually say if they think it’s advisable to accept or not.
