I’ve said several times I’m invested. I’ve also stated my optimistic target of 10p if a deal is announced. I will state again, the company had no marketable assets and no cash so it runs the risk of failure. I stand by that assumption. I also stand by my points that I don’t like what’s going on with bullish yet ambiguous interviews which serve zero purpose. They were so madly put together that it raises grave concerns. Didn’t you love Dr Seb being asked random questions then looking down to his desk to read back the answers. Very very amateurish.

Couldn’t give you any more clues if he tried. 11/10 he’s never been in this position (obviously company’s battling over this) money absolutely not an issue, it isn’t even crossing his mind.

Another thing I noted was a couple of promotions for the two main scientists? (Forgot their names) In an aquisition or merger they can usually get themselves a nice little position on the BOD of the new company.

Not sure if I’ve read too much into that one but it’s possible they are positioning themselves accordingly.

Just to counter that, I’ve just watched the interview and upon learning how accurate at diagnosing p140 is and how it’s a likely run of the mill wellness check platform, I have raised my conservative buy out from £500m -£750m (£1.50share price)

Frits, they have trial data. The have Plenty to build a very good understanding of p140 and its future capabilities. A buy out is more likely purely because they will want total control over the full platform and testing and it’s already severely derisked due to the current trial results.

We are all forgetting that the diognosis side of this is like a free bonus for any buyer. They could buy imm for £500m and the diognostic side would warrant that alone with very little trials needed, if any.

Imm is only going higher from now until news arrives

One to many look at all the trades at 10:30 and the sizes of those trades, there’s numerous huge trades, there is no way they would be taking a £305k sell at the same market price. Regardless though it doesn’t really matter, if it’s a sell there has been a buyer for it, if it was a buy you’ve had sellers.

IMO it was the later, PIs taking profit and it all got snapped up by the big fish. More tommorrow before next weeks fireworks imo.
