Well it’s all down to research. I posted the other day of a phase one drug, 50% being bought out for $275m with rights to buy the other 50% for $310m. Total just shy of $600m and it was phase 1! No finalised safety or efficacy data.

No unique diognostic platform, no worldwide exclusive patent for 20 years. (If granted)

£500m would be a starting point for imm.

Halfbutt, I couldn’t tell you with complete certainty but mms play games. They are humans trying to ‘make a market’ so they will move the price wherever they need to to get the most volume.

Tree shakes and all those games are very real so if they have a big sell come through and have too many shares they need to sell (or find buyers for) they might delay printing the trade to avoid being overwhelmed with more sells and being caught with too much stock on their books.

MMS don’t hold shares for their own gains, they simply want to connect a buyer with a seller as quickly as possible and take their spread.

The same is true for the other way around, if they have a large buy order (or 2x £50k buys in this case) and they cannot get shares to fill those orders, they may delay printing those trades to prevent encouraging more buying which would stop them being able to fill their buy orders. If they have a part order filled they don’t want the market moving up and they have to bid more for shares than what the are filling the buy order for.

Some of those are sells because one was my top slice, ofcourse they are a mixture of buys and sells but I really think the majority are buys.

Couple of £50k buys from yesterday given the price at that time they were buys. All those £15k tranches this afternoon around 3pm, all buys. Infact I would say the majority of those late prints are buys. Lovely to see because they will all be real holders not looking for a pump and dump. Sticky holders

Not a bad day at all. We pushed new highs and a lot of profits were taken and absorbed. A -7% day after 5-600% rise is seriously impressive.
