I am well aware that a patent ‘application’ does not mean a patent is granted. But if you have done the research on other bio deals it has no impact on if a deal can be made or not.

The patent ‘lodged’ remark is purely a phrase that means they can no reveal the sensitive data to potential partners or buyers, safe in the knowledge the patent has been ‘filed’ ‘lodged’ whatever you want to split hairs over, and have complete peice of mind that they have covered their own arses.

Tim smith you know nothing about the company clearly. Patent is lodged, the deals are being done now on the previous data we already have. The rise is the anticipation of a deal, a deal that will be in the hundreds of millions just to start. Current mcap £60m…

There are a lot of people sat in profits that they want to take. They are being absorbed well by a large seller in the background, this is a very minor pull back considering it’s done 1000% in the space of a couple of weeks.
