At 28 I feel I have a lot more maturity than the majority on this bb, maybe not knowledge , but like I have self confessed I am not in the industry but willing to learn what I can along the way.

I have also built my own 200m2 house in North Yorkshire (Richmond area)and have been investing in oil and gas since I recognised cheap opportunity’s after the oil crash, the plan is to build a pot to build another.

This is my anomaly to you, if I was to built a house and it was say 200M2 but valued it at £1million and you came to view house, do you not have a right to question that valuation just because it is my trade to build these houses?
The answer is no of course not,if that were the case there would be no market.
You have a rough idea of what the house is worth and you have every right to value it accordingly and only pay what you think it’s worth.
That’s all I am doing here, you may be a proffesional but I would rather have myself to blame than someone I have never met on a BB.

Really like the look of their interims today, very impressive considering such a bad first half for gas. Would £400M Buy them do we think? It Would be a great buy with 80M cash on the balance sheet.

Dick, where did you get the $600M from? Interested to know, there’s $450m for non current liabilities. But that’s over 10 years away and including FPSO costs.

Not sure if you have seen the b/e of $22 a barrel and the $7 premium to Brent? Which means average value per barrel is $71 at present. $49 profit pb. X 14000 a day. (Say around $230 ebitda discounting for down times )With short- med term targets to grow to 20kboepd .
