It may come as a shock to many, but when you buy shares through a broker you do not technically/legally own them, the broker does says Phantom

The above statement is dangerous and incorrect.
Your broker is acting in an Agency capacity and buying on your behalf.
Your shares that you buy are held independently through a Nominee Share Service in your name within the nominee account structure.
Your broker has to segregate 'client assets' and is FCA obliged to reconcile its client account/s daily.
Should you wish to 'allow your broker' to use your assets then you have to step away from CCAS (Client assets) and sign Title Transfer forms (TTCA) - This service can only be offered to 'Professional Clients' whether high net worth or institutional.

Great to see Blackpool on the Shareholders register.
Blackpool's one and only Norbreck Castle Hotel became known as 'The Home of Esports' back in the day.
The Esports Gaming League (EGL to esports aficionado's) held numerous live events in Blackpool as early as 2011.
And now Hargreave Hale - that Wealth Manager of note - is on the register with 100m shares.

That's the real issue - retail clients never have a full picture.

The planned listing may have a valuation as high as £500m was the suggestion.
That would be after raising up to e250m in a variety f Bonds and fresh Equity.
Pre any raise, a likely valuation may be as low as £250m and that is likely on the high side.
Being conservative it would be good to see a £200m valuation on re-listing....

That would leave RDGC shareholders with a fraction under 5% of the enlarged company - or around £9.7m.
Looking like enterprise value of around 2.2p per share.

The share price seems completely irrelevant as every time the house broker wants to put a cross through, the MM's lower the bid offer to accommodate the cross - typically at 1.70p....

I think you are correct Tuft.
Gfin have been quietly building out the business last couple of years and now seem to be in a great place.
I am sure they have been looked at by the likes of EEG of the US who in similar fashion are quietly building a global esports conglomerate.
The year end results to end June are due soon and I am sure we will see a solid 2nd half to 2021.
I have a year end valuation of around £60m if progress is clear.

And the share price demise continues.
Pluto aside, there are indeed some gems in the SVV and Pires camp.
That said, I am aware of a large seller today and likely finishing tomorrow so expect the price to maybe close this week in the top end 5's .

£10.863m was raised so a fresh 543,150,000 new shares are being issued.
That brings the total in issue to around 931.6m
And you cannot forget the AGM voted through the issue of 15% of the new shares in issue as options to directors and staff - so a further 139,747,000 options will be issued in due course at a competitive strike price.
The real total could therefore be as high as 1.071bn shares over the coming couple of years.

Agreed, each contract win will likely add £40k through £150k per annum.
What it should deliver is the ARR through £4m run rate at end July.
ARR was £3.826m at end May so the progress is excellent.

A further print appears from the 15th July at 14.26 of a sale of 3m shares.
So 7.7m we’re sold in a crazy few minutes on Thursday.
