Oh and Jabber... I have run the RSP bids and offers for Friday. The RSP spread at certain times across the day was very tight at 1.977 - 1.978 being the tightest but a lot of sells printed as blue and to be fair visa versa.
Just my opinion but sells outweighed buys but a small amount.

And Jabba you have read the prints wrong.
There are far more sells than you have interpreted.

On investor I know put this to the company’s broker who assured him that the company did not need to raise for many, many months and that I was talking ****e. Today Bidstack has published its results for the six months to June 30 and guess what?

So Real Cricket has 1.2m DAU's and over 100m downloads...

They are currently 0.1888p to buy on the RSP in at least 5m shares.
They are 0.19p bid on SETS in 250,000 shares
They are 0.1811 bid on the RSP in 1m shares
They are 0.19p bid on Aquis likely in 500k shares

There are three systems in which you can trade this stock in effect.

Newuncle, unfortunately anyone that gets deep discounted shares will be tempted to sell especially as they see the share price drifting off.
It sort of spirals the selling as every tick down in the price shakes out that next batch of sellers.

Just checked the market and I can buy 10m at 0.19p...
Just not sure we are at the bottom yet as the real price seems to be 0.181 - 0.19p

They did indeed raise £10.863m
Don't forget costs which was 5% plus to Cenkos alone.
Bids netted just over £10m is my understanding.
Also bear in mind around £3m and change raised under the EIS Scheme so cannot be used for day to day running of the business.
Reality is they only have cash for twelve months whatever Cenkos may state.

I do see MM’s running a little scared as under threat (in this case incessant selling) then they switch to stealth mode.
They have no choice to put up their two way price on SETS as they are obligated so keep the spread wide.
On the RSP which most brokers (I know a couple who are not) use is a tighter spread but MM’s putting up a small amount of shares.
That forces buyers and sellers to go to a MM for a quote.
Nothing untoward. It allows the MM to manage his position better.

At the mo, it would seem you can only sell in 100,000 shares and leave bigger orders with a MM to work but you can buy up to 500,000 from at least one MM.

Once the selling ceases this should bounce back.

Buy the company - RNS' and general information coming out is all positive so I am good to hold.
Don't worry about the share price as you cannot stop others selling and they may be selling for all sorts of different reasons.
