- 296.2k bought
- 272.8 sold
- 569k total volume

I cannot see any reason for today's fall unless there is an overnight delayed sale?

Another day and another RNS Reach from Bidstack (BIDS). An RNS Reach is an announcement that is not financially significant. But I wonder just how utterly insignificant it will prove to be.

That suggests a minimum of 111 clients at 11th October.
28 new clients this year to date...

8 new clients in July and August.
Great growth in client numbers with 17 new clients obtained 1H 20.

More progress and buyers coming in at 1.649

The board have previously stated that they will only RNS significant contracts.
With ARR through £4.2m at end August I would hazard a guess that ARR may now be around £4.4m.

I disagree with you but understand the basis of your valuation.
At £100m you are suggesting a share price of 14.925p.
At £80m it falls to 11.94p...

Around £1.5m in my view.

I hold quite a few through my broker and they have been bid for my position.
I think there has been a sizeable buyer at the 5p level and hence price has settled around 5p.

Agreed, they look cheap at the 1.05p level or below?
If CA is selling then I guess he is taking a decent loss on this one?
NAV would still seem to be around the 1.50p level - Can anyone confirm?
CA may well be switching out of Gun to get into a Low6 directly or into a Pires/Rgo as they also hold Low6?

I have been bid for stock a number of times this morning.

Excellent RNS and great to see the company raise through a 'debt facility' than issue copious amounts of new shares.
And I love the idea of driving sales - Excellent to see ARR at $4.32m end August - 2 month increase of £430k which bodes well with 4 months of the year to go.
Target must be a minimum of £5m ARR at year end.

This is a strange board and I sense any reply/response will please some and upset others.
The placing was completed with an agreement in that costs per month would be lowered and my understanding is this has not been actioned.
It was also made clear that 2nd half revenues would be significant and the year's target could be met. I am of the view that Q3 has been the best quarter in Bidstacks history but is a little behind target.
I am of the opinion that John McIntosh has decided to move on and his departure has been managed in as orderly a fashion as could be. I am not sure why any employee would need to stay until January once they have decided to move on.
The only surprise for me is that Bidstack feel there is a need to have an outgoing CFO as a board advisor. Completely unnecessary in my view.

Truinvest, I attended the placing presentation and am aware that Institutions/investors DID stipulate caveats and changes. I can advise that on the call I was on there was nothing to suggest that the CFO was a required change.

As for John Mc, I have only met him the once, but I can share that people who have worked with him give him a strong reference.

Interesting meeting I attended today with Mobile Streams being one of three companies dissected and discussed.

It was a session that delivered mixed views and thoughts and the one question that came up numerous times was expected revenues for 2021 and then potential revenues for 2022?

The consensus was revenue for the year to end June 2021 (to be announced in the coming weeks?) to be less than £1m and maybe less than £700k?

Interested to hear from posters that have a number in mind for end June 21 and maybe even 2022.

FYI, I hold a decent amount of shares.
