I am not sure this is a crypto stock. In the presentations I have attended, the company is in no rush to add ETH or other mainstream coins.
That has surprised me as it is easy money at 1% commission and attracts more registrations and larger deposits and frankly put drives revenues short term.
Fingers crossed for the payments platform launch and that the company stands out above other payment platforms.

Company announced 18 new clients to end May 21.
Also confirmed ARR at $3.8m end May.
Since that time 5 RNS announcements have confirmed new contracts and company have advised they only announce the more significant agreements.
I expect the interims to maybe show ARR of $3.875m but with 5 new agreements signed 30th June and on, then the forward looking statement should be rather promising.

The 82.5m new shares are from the recent placing raising £3.3m at 4p.
Vote next week but it will likely be ratified and the shares will commence trading 24 hours after the EGM.
My sense is we have final warrant sellers (warrants at 1p) and now we have some selling of placing shares (4p) T+5 through to T+10.... (if your broker allows of course)

However you view Mode, one has to accept that their first year as a fully listed company in London has been a disappointment.
Floated at 50p and a further raise at 55p has seen the shares trade today at 39.50p.
Not too far off their all time low of 37p on the 10th Dec 2020 but a mountain to climb to hit that February high of 78p.
Patience now required and 2022 may be a better year.

I am afraid Qwertii, that is not the case. MM's rarely look to drop a share price to fill a large order as they are very likely to drag out further buying if they lower the price. Hence they end up doubly short and that is not a good place to be.
