Would you commence talks with end-users and off-takers IF the results of Tai-1 were poor?
Surely you would only look to move forward with talks IF you knew results were positive?

It is not as straight forward as you have stated jh2704.
My understanding is RGO issued a CLN for up to 6% of ST247 for around £1.4m.
That seems to value ST247 up to £23.33m at 6% stake.
It values ST247 at £28m at a 5% stake.
RGO will have preferential terms written into the CLN which will likely be up to a 30% discount on conversion to equity. There is also likely to be a cap on ST247's valuation and hopefully a cap at maybe £25m valuation on any deal completed.
Lots of gaps to fill in.... but these are my thoughts?

And 2.5m shares have been sold in 100k or larger trades in the last 5 working days, but nothing to suggest they are warrants?

Whilst I see the investment into Pluto as an opportunity, it is fair to say that it has yet to yield any significant gain but we have plenty of time for that to come.
I am invested here for many reasons but the jewel for me is Smarttech247 and a likely IPO in the coming 18 months. It could be worth 100% of the current RGO valuation on it's own?
Add in the 18% or thereabouts of Pires that in turn delivers exposure to SVV and the array of CLN's and Warrants currently open than you can see RGO looks undervalued.
Finally, add in the consultancy revenue stream plus loan interest and you have a profitable business.
Simply the wrong share price and a strong buy.

I agree - the selling is almost certainly 98% warrants - and 132m at 1p suggests that there is likely some way to go yet.
Just keep tucking shares away at 2.6p and lower.
The company is now valued at £20.314m and that seems on the cheap side.

Good to see 81k and change shares purchased and two trades totalling £264k.
About time the share price moved upwards.

Current forecast is for £4m in 2021...

dai2belts, I have no reason to doubt what you say in that D-Geemans may have posted as you detailed, but it is an FCA breach for any authorised broker (and Trading 212 Limited are FCA authorised) to solicit any retail client to sign up what is known as Title Transfer Collateral Arrangements (TTCA)

The FCA actually contacted all Brokers in August of last year with regard this topic.

What is also apparent is that Trading 212 Limited were in 'discussions' with the FCA around certain concerns the FCA may have in their activities!!!

I will leave it to Trading 212 to work out said issues directly with the FCA, but they should never be asking retaiil clients to sign TTCA agreements.

You pay no fees with the likes of 212, so they make that back from the commission they gain loaning your shares.
If unlucky 212 pi's get shorted with their own shares, and they signed up to it

Trading 212 Limited do not loan out any retail investors shares....
They are an Agency broker under the FCA authorisation system and have duly signed up to hold client assets in a segregated account/s'
They actually make their 'commission' by way of a 'turn in the price' and thus do get compensated from trading for retail investors.
They trade on the Stock Exchange Trading System (SETS) as opposed to the more keenly priced Retail Service Provider (RSP) and thus they take a small turn in the share price.
