Price continues to fall on small but continual selling.
Quite surprising but I am happy holding any company with the growth Brandshield have been announcing.
They also have a set of legacy holdings written down effectively to zero, but each could yield some value.
And what a sector to be sitting in.... Smarttech247 announcing a major contract win this morning shows the focus on protecting on-line assets.

The best shares to buy and own are the unloved ones. Shares that have little liquidity and minimal coverage.
If you do your research and you know:-
- Revenue's are growing quickly
- Revenue ARR is growing significantly
- By end May they have signed 16 new clients in 2021 against 22 across 2020
- They are re-signing clients on longer term arrangements
I could go on, but this is a share to buy and add on any weakness.
50p this time next year imo.

The small cap market is absolute pants at the moment and expected to continue into July.
RGO is one of many that have fallen 15-50%.

NAV is now 99.978p.
Not a great boundary to break through but does highlight how fickle these coins can be.

Whatever manipulation you think is taking place BOTAK, it does not change the fact that the NAV is falling by the hour and now NAV sits around 102p.
The share price will follow NAV and we will see KR1 below 100p today unless there is a turnaround.
I agree with you in that tokens will continue to fall, and when they turn it will be fierce but the question is will they turn in 2021?
I think we may see 50p before 150p now but the play is the NAV in 3 years or more.

Fair to say that Automata, Swarm and Vega have saved KR1.
With ICP Dfinity at $37 and Polkadot at $16 the short term valuation has been decimated.

A non-trading payment is a receipt of funds that arose from non core trading, so in the case of Bids - not serving adverts in game.
Two likely reasons for receipt:-
- HMRC R&D tax credit for system development work or
- A pre-payment delivered to Bids to pre-empt in game ad's to be served
I sense posters have plumped for an R&D tax credit.

You are correct Pokerchips.
The company will talk to their broker/s and try to set a price, but the reality is that a price is set after the company presents to one or many brokers and their clients (arranged by the lead broker/s)
The market will feedback it's thinking and the level at which it will support any raise.

NAV seems to be around 113p with valuation at £149m...

NAV falling strongly and that is the issue - volaitility.
With ICP - Dfinity at $47.80 and DOT at $18.30 the value of KR1 has fallen quickly.
I have bought a few at 114p and am confident we will see the market return to previous highs across 2022.

Q4 numbers would define a base for 2021.
As we are mid June, an indication for 1H 2021 is more important than accounts now 6 months out of date.

Hi Jimmy, I agree with your sentiment entirely.
Bids and to be fair many companies have taken investors money and quite frankly have spent shareholders money frivolously. (and I am being kind with that statement)
The more I hear of Bids and how senior people have enjoyed the lifestyle whilst frankly delivering little, then I have to say that I am disgusted, but it happens and will continue to happen.
Some may say more fool investors...
Draper has one last chance in my view, but that must come at a price of his and the boards lack of success to date.
Take the money that is on offer and swallow your pride Mr Draper. Yes it will be massive dilution and it no doubts hurt your pride but at least by taking the funds then you live for another two years and get to prove every doubter and upset investor wrong.
That includes myself and I am more than happy to be proved incorrect.
I will invest if the entry price is correct and happy to have you prove myself and others wrong.
