Hivedoff, the updated forecast by Stifel/Bids is now £4m.
Whilst you are absolutely correct that revenue is 2nd half weighted, surely the revenues will be in the region of:-
1H - £1.3m up from £300k 1H 20 (+333%)
2H - £2.7m up from £1.4m 2H 20 (+93%)

I get the above may be incorrect but I cannot see them out by too many percentage points as 2nd half weighted suggests 2nd half a fair amount above 1st half.

Things must be going on behind the scenes. They simply cannot be busy on a raise of some sort.

I agree clark777 and couple that with the hiring taking place.
I would expect the company to be running on fumes and any delay in the R&D funds would be critical to the June recurring costs.

Also bear in mind the auditor mentioned that funds are required in order to sign the accounts off 'as a going concern'.
I just cannot see the board not wanting cash in the bank quickly in order to get the annual accounts signed off.

There is a clear need for cash now - based on the accounts and the Stifel/Bids revised numbers for 2021.

Cash in the accounts at year end was around £2.3m
R&D credit received in January
Cash advised by Bids as £2.75m or thereabouts end January 2021
Stifel/Bids forecast loss for 2021 now £7.9m so let's pencil in £658,333 loss per month

Cash depletes as follows:-
end Jan - £2.75m
end Feb - £2.09m
end March - £1.433m
end April - £775k
end May - £116k
June R&D credit of £550k leaves
end June - (£41.6k) deficit

That would suggest cash is needed in June and a placing or alternative raise is almost certainly underway.

The Frankfurt line purely trades off of the London liquidity and price.

Current Fft price is:-
e23.1 (19.9p) bid for just 8,700 shares and
e26.6 (22.93p) offer in 7,550

The spread is wide and whichever way the MM trades he will likely lay it off against the London price...

48.5m new shares issued at 1.75p - so a total of 97.5m shares in issue valuing the company at £2.14m whilst having £1.35m in cash plus a book of investments in place.

Clearly, they have fresh investments in mind so one to follow.

Profit for the 6 months to end March 21 came in at £1.3m

Company valuation as of last night was only £1.08m - a 20% discount to the 6 monthly profit

Similar investment to a Pires (PIRI) and Riverfort (RGO) in that they seek to invest in small cap Aim and Aquis stocks that offer opportunity and value.

There is a seller around at 2p and above. Have to wait for that order to clear, but I will happily buy more on any further fall.

Certainly, looking at recent results and the statement that the new year has started strongly, I cannot see these hanging around at 5p for too long.
Good management team and they are happy to acquire to grow assets under management and revenue growth.
There has been strong buying since the results last week and expect more.

Minimal news but shares crashing having closed at 90p on 15th March.
Management sell a block at 80p and now 58p bid.
