StNs - this is AIM and if you believe every word company directors say then you will get your just desserts. I've had my fill of lying AIM Directors trying to sweet talk pis but inevitably most are found out. Tim has it all to prove but me calling the IMM hotline and being told 'yes, everything is rosy and Avion? Avion who?' will not wash. I'm in here quite heavily for me and I'll question everything I feel I need to, regardless of the uber rampers who can't see any possible pitfalls or obstacles to what we all want - a chunky deal before year end. It's what I want too!

StN - so you’re not bothered about Avion I take it? That’s some deep level of research you’re doing then. I’m only after looking out for my investment here and I don’t like the fact that Avion have seemingly disappeared from Tim’s thinking when I’m almost certain they must still have an interest in IMM and in particular P140. Nothing sinister

Emerald, you make it sound as if this is something new…it’s their MO and hasn’t improved in years. Same old, same old….

What is DN up to I wonder. Seems bits of news now beginning to surface that are slowly breathing life and interest back into GDR stock. I’m sure the BODs knew about these and tried to get that massive second placing away before any of it landed so they could make a quick profit. Now of course they have got to work their socks off to provide the market with as much positive news as they can in order to turn things around. They wanted to take the far easier option and put their feet up for another year on huge salaries and bonuses but ordinary share holders got wise to it.

I wonder if they’ve even picked up the phone and spoken with DN since their plan was blown to smithereens? I’m sure some of the huge sells will be the Allenby clients selling with a 200% profit from that first tranche of shares they managed to pick up at 0.2p. I imagine they won’t be interested in dealing with Gino and Russ again, thank God.

Come on, one bit of really good news and this can seriously kick off. If it became clear the company is going to survive then any potential buyers will have to consider a move sooner rather than later. Interesting couple of months here.

Not sure about anyone else but I would really like to hear Tim Clarify this issue ie confirm if Avion still have or don't have any claim to any part of P140. It is a major issue if they are still in the mix as it will certainly complicate any negotiations if they need to be factored in to any deal. It might also slow the process up.

Hoping for an announcement at the Conference at the end of this month that will see the sp rise to at least 30p in the short term and, after further deals are done, much higher in the mid to long term. Dare I wish for a pound...?

Would be helpful if Tim addressed the Avion situation here in an interview. None of the previous interviews even touched on it.

So the much anticipated fund raise highlighted in the Final Results RNS amounted to a whopping £203k. Hmmm I think the lights are either flickering here or the ceo has managed to hoodwink £50k out of Nick Wells and squeeze money out of the other Directors.

IMHO when/if Weardale Lithium manages to survive - along with its lithium project in Teeside - these Directors will make a quick profit and sell every share they can on the spike. Hopeless AIM sham this company. More fool me for being enticed by the lithium play. Cowboys is far too polite a term to describe the CEO here. Clown is closer.

Precisely St Peter. One of my many points in previous weeks that imho pointed to the grubby actions of the Directors and the Allenby Clients. Dilute existing share holders to kingdom come and if they sell then too bad but we will make a ton of cash out of such a massive placing at 0.2p

Still no revenue but this is just one of many good little steps needed for GDR to survive. What’s next I wonder. This won’t have been the news the BOD planned the placing on the back of. I think once the placing had been carried out they would have planned the FDA application for early 2026, knowing full well it would put a bomb under the sp, and also knowing full well they were lying when they told a share holder at the meeting in Sept that far more data was needed and a submission was a long way off in the future, all because they thought they would then get such a second massive placing away at such a low price and so soon after the one they’d just done. Low life’s. Grubby and greedy. I won’t be content until they are off the staff lists altogether.

Think you could be right bootnk. According to LSE about £200k of buys today and £400k of sells.....and yet the price has gone up significantly. Just the usual AIM cess pit for the pros.

I'm in and just prepared to leave it now. If it's a deal for £500m then I'm quids in.

Hope people are feeling better about this second surge in the sp since the BOD's ridiculous placing was voted down. Still only 1bn shares in issue rathehr than more than double and a whole load of forward selling by Peel Hunt and Allenby clients.

So Professor, are you saying you believe Avion have no rights to anything P140 does from now on? I hope you are right but these things are never as simple as they seem and, given many of us are hoping for a 'chunky' deal involving maybe a couple of hundred million quid it seems odd that the sp is completely stuck at the current levels. If things do become sticky then I for one will not be surprised but I hope you are right. It would be careless of Tim - that's putting it mildly - to make the claims in several interviews and ignore the Avion issue, if there is one.

Sorry but I can’t see Avion/Alora just letting their license deal evaporate without making some form of claim in the event a new partnership deal is struck. Hopefully any such deal will still go ahead but sounds to me as if Avion will have to be compensated to some degree.

Maybe Avion are waiting to see what kind of deal Tim can put in place and will then register their approval/ rejection. Perhaps that’s why this just won’t take off until this issue is sorted. For those who say Avion have nothing to do with P140 they are clearly mistaken. Let’s hope some kind of deal is announced at this conference, or else we will know there are complications and Tim has once again over promised

We all have to hope DN is working on a plan to prevent gdr getting to the point of going into administration. I think Gino and co will take their chances of a distressed sale and keeping their jobs but any potential buyer will do DD and see how useless they’ve been in implementing their ‘clear commercial strategy’, s as stated in every single RNS for the last 3 years. The strategy may have been clear but alas it didn’t work and they refused to change course at any point in time or adapt in an any way.

Ok so at current mcap of less than £5m I think this is good news, not only for the revenue further down the line, but more because if GDR does end up in a distressed sale then it looks like there is some serious interest in the IP even if not the actual company. £20m to buyout GDR ? Seems horribly cheap but at 4x current mcap how many would turn it down? Small change for the Saudis. Pity this has come so late in the day and that actual revenue is still some way off but it’s a step in the right direction .

Will the company survive into 2026 is the big question. Looks as if Gino is finally focusing on something other than running the company share value into the ground so he and other Directors can reward themselves with millions of cheap shares though so that’s a definite improvement. If it was all over he wdnt be wasting his time signing any MOUs.

Interesting. So Avion definitely ARE involved somehow. Might mean the main deal expected will be with Avion but they are already in possession of some rights in the US.
