His reputation is absolutely to over promise and deliver nothing. Been doing it for years. He’s obviously very thick skinned because he clearly has no shame popping up here, there and everywhere saying how things are on the cusp of greatness and things are life changing, game changers etc etc but not once has any of his companies yet delivered what he has promised.

If P140 really was going to make an impact then the sp would indeed be higher than it is currently. I’m hopeful a deal will happen by year end but have given up on anything major. Hopefully we’ll see the recent highs of 17p again by Xmas.

Data was verified by Jackson Labs but NOT his claims that P140 can do all he says it can so we’re really still in the dark as to what the potential is. Tim will happily stand in front of anyone, anywhere, anytime and tell you it’s this, that and the other and ultimately doesn’t care if he’s proven to be completely wrong. He’ll come back and ask for more cash and dilute you as and when he likes. Disappointing but I’m resetting my targets for what is actually achievable in the next 7 weeks before Christmas.

Lanstead have 70m warrants. How many more warrants and options are there that could dilute any deal? The Lanstead warrants alone would be a 14% dilution.

I’m worried Tim had the time to do that recent investor presentation for Inc. surely if he was deep in negotiations with a big pharma discussing deals worth a few hundred million quid he would not be wasting time on something like that?

Yes good honest update. Hard to know which way this will go but a placing is almost nailed on unfortunately. It doesn’t look like there’s enough time for them to arrange a placing after any deal and when the sp would undoubtedly be a good deal higher so as per the norm for AIM stocks some lucky PE firm is going to buy a ton of shares at a huge discount and then good news will land and they’ll sell into the inevitable rise stunting any really decent result for existing holders. So irritating but sadly no great surprise. Certainly not worth adding more sadly until the placing is out of the way and we know how things look

Why on earth would they block sell those Laurence for 2P or even 4P comes to think of it? If this is going to the moon, I imagine everyone is going to be holding onto shares warrants or options for all they are worth! Level of buying isn’t that great atm so I’m not inclined to think any iis are making a move or taking a position

Nonsense Stocksaint. PE forms are constantly picking up companies in distressed sales because they haven’t managed commercial revenue creation (but have perfectly good profits) and then do a quick fire sale to some entity that know what they are doing for a tidy profit to the PE firm.

Can anyone think of a company in distress but that has great products…?

Personally I don’t want Tim spending any time on Incanthara until this IMM deal is done. Not do I want Inc in any way to benefit from said deal. IMM has already footed the bill on his other interests - and got nothing back for it. Leave well alone and focus on nailing a deal.

Bid started at 12.60 but mms were on a mission today to drop it & it ended 11:55 - a drop of 8.3%. Not sure what they’re up to atm. 6 weeks since the last interview having been told rather optimistically a deal could happen any day. I wonder how much longer it will take to get even a small deal done?

What is clear is that more than one party is making moves to build stakes or gain some semblance of control. Could this new ii be a potential bidder? Hold on to your hats

What we do know for sure is that Gino and Russ will do anything to secure their salaries before anything that might be of benefit to ordinary pis. They have already admitted they read this bb and are irritated by what has been posted over recent months. They will now bear a grudge and possibly turn activist against share holders interests and focus on getting the company into private hands or the administrators asap so the IP can be snapped up with them tied into any basement bargain deal? Not sure how these things work once administration is filed for. Good luck to all holders

Why would warrant holders exercise now if they believed the sp was going to rise much higher over the next year? Just means more shares in issue and more shares to sell. Price will drop further. RNS is disingenuous to say they’ve strengthened the company position.
