RE: Deal4 Nov 2025 19:41
There has already been a significant increase in the share price here - about 500% from the 2p range only two months or so ago. If there was truly a chance of a major, sorry Tim, 'chunky' deal, then more people would have piled in here. The big problem here is the CEO's history of promising fantastical things only for nothing to emerge. He's an AIM CEO bullsh.tter and a specialist. He has no shame in telling untruths and has been castigated publicly by share holders in more than one of his company presentations. He has a thick skin and obviously sees it as part of his role to not only tease the market with exaggerations but also to then fall on bended knee and produce numerous excuses. this could be exactly the same as every time before. But...it might not be. If there is an ounce of truth in what he has stated then for those with an appetite for risk this represents a really good chance of a serious profit within a relatively small timeframe. Some have already been lucky by buying in at 2p. Others not so lucky buying in on the last spike and are already nearly 50% in the red. But...it could just turn out ok. I have lowered my hopes/expectations considerably as time goes on and now, with the latest RNSs, am less inclined to believe it's a major deal but rather more likely a small licensing deal, possibly with Avion rather than any major pharma, and that it will be a modest sum of perhaps £50 or £60m as an upfront payment. Current mcap is already c£50m so it's possibly priced in already but of course there will be many who, once such a deal lands, will be perfectly willing to invest for the medium to long term in order to gain the benefits of future royalties and with the chance of a secondary deal coming in for one of the other IMM assets. I maintain there is a realistic and good chance of a 100% profit here by year end. However, I no longer allow myself to dream of silly money being thrown at IMM from any big pharma. IMHO I think we will see a renewed deal with Avion first and perhaps by Christmas but I'd say that's looking less and less likely.
Tim has played the market well in spouting his nonsense in September - he has squeezed a lot of cash out of Lanstead and extended IMM's cash runway weill into 2026 but their costs will now have risen considerably with two three newly appointed Directors to fund.
Now, having said all that, watch an RNS land first thing in the morning with a major announcement !
Have there been any posts on social media from IMM at the Conference?
