Yep looks like it. Wish i could add more down at this level. Got too much tied up in IMM. If a deal comes through there soon then profits will head here. One whiff of interest from a big player and this does off on a tear again.

LSE reporting all over the place today. In reality just over £54k of bus thus far and just over £60k (not £35k) of sells. Hence we’re still red. Looking forward to the end of this week but for now Lanstead still have us pinned down.

So, given there has actually been no news at all since this was issued I would guess production, as is always the case in the uk, is going to be delayed rather significantly. 2026 was incredibly optimistic and I think a more realistic timescale would be late 2027 or early 2028. They still don’t have the funding from either the uk govt or private sector in place and so next to nothing will be have taken place over this last 9 months. Remember, this is ‘CRITICAL’ minerals and it’s the UK! Oh and Weardale’s project is in the north. I don’t think we’ll hear anything now until well into 2026 regarding funding and then 2 yrs to fully develop the site and get to production in 2028/2029.

Don’t know about ‘heated discussions’. DN will be solely focussed on getting his investment back and securing if possible a decent profit. He needs Gino and Russ on side to make things work from here on in so I suspect he will let sleeping dogs lie for now and just work to improve GDR’s funding position. He may of course be insisting on a seat on the Board in return for this help and meeting with some resistance but surely the Directors need to invite him in as he’s single handedly turned the ship away from the rocks these last few weeks, in spite of Gino and Co making such a pig’s ear of the funding situation over the last two years. It’s like a wise uncle going in to help calm down two unruly teenagers who have spent their pocket money and now trying to raise granny’s purse to get their hands some more cash.

The recent spike was totally manufactured by mms not traders imv, in order to allow the warrants to sold at precisely double the issue price of .3p. It was crude and horribly obvious and should not be allowed but this is AIm where pros can do what they like and the FCa just isn’t interested in enforcing rules or a level playing field for pis, who generally are seen as an ATM for the pros.

This will drop to .25p and then it’s worth piling in again imho

Jury is still out but you have to accept Tim has form in telling the world his things are going to happen only for time to prove him embarrassingly wide of the mark.

This time round there was a definite impact of what was said in those interviews : a surge in buying from retail buyers (not iis) and thus Lanstead ended up paying tens of thousands of pounds extra to IMM for the last 3 months of their agreement. But when I have a doubt about Tim’s intentions putting out such crazily bullish statements and remind myself that Lanstead hold 70m warrants at a price of 2p and have not exercised any. Whilst the share price is at about 10p now would be the time to work with Ketan to try and offload them to an ii buyer if they didn’t have confidence in a deal coming off. As far as we know they’re holding on to them. Either that or Ketan can’t sell them on to anyone. Next few weeks are squeaky bum time for long suffering lths. Will Tim finally deliver as promised so publicly or come out with some lame excuses and watch IMM plummet? Time will tell. I’m still holding until at least next week because I believe Lanstead will be out by the end of this week and on that I suspect pis will start buying again more meaningfully and we’ll witness a good reversal. Could even see this get back to 15p before we hear of a deal or if Tim was full of hot air

When on earth are they going to do this place? They are out of money have signed agreements but are about to go bust. Absolute mess and now becoming highly suspect in my view.

If all the interviews Tim gave in early September were a ruse simply to get more cash out of land Lanstead then I’m guessing we might hear from Tim in rather more meek tones by the end of November. I can just imagine him saying “oh we’re having lots of very interesting conversations but it’s taking longer than we had anticipated to finalise a deal. If that happens then this plumbers back to 2P by the end of the first week of December and it will ruin my Christmas plans.

I think Lasta must still be selling because according to LSE trades there has been over £11,000 worth of buying and less than £1000 of cells and yet the market makers are keeping the bid low and dropping it on really small sales, even ones as smallest 20 quid. I can only assume that there are going to be more lasted delayed reported trades throughout the day and then actually those that is forcing the market makers to keep the bid low.

Interesting to listen to Sunday roast yesterday and when discussing which stock might win the prize for 2025 IMM was mentioned but not as a potential winner, so their panel clearly doesn’t see a big Deal being done which would catapult the share price higher, or at least not before the end of this year. Not that one needs to put a huge amount of belief into what anyone stock program says just thought it was interesting that they made no mention of any potential deal.

Well that’s another one of the really major pharmas off the list of potential buyers. Really does seem as if there’s a lot of these kind of deals going on at the moment.

Murati's current value (with no revenue or product as you say?) is $12b...! They must have something me thinks.

Alludium is at a very different point in its development but I do see it being of considerable interest to big players so am hoping/expecting a major surge at some point. ALRT also has no product or revenue and even that recently shot up to 4p from nowhere. Mind you it's dropped over 50% since it's recent highs. Just shows that these AI stocks can have huge swings in a very short space of time built on little more than sentiment and the AI feeding frenzy rife in the business world right now. This could either drop back to .25p by Christmas or 2p. At some point it will fly again. Just got to sit tight

Murati- wtf does that have to do with Ctai? Is like trying to compare a Premier League team with Cleethorpes reserves and saying they’re in the same ball park because they both play football!

Surely this is the play everyone is expecting and for Ctai to soar on such. Question is how much will one of the big tech companies out there pay for it.

About 10 trading days until they run out of money and this delists? No idea if the mngt payment offered by the latest agreement will be enough to keep the lights on or not. Not long to wait now though.

I totally agree but am just frustrated at how long Weardale is taking to get this supposedly ‘critical’ resource out of the ground. Not their fault. Just no funding for it from the govt any time soon imo. Labour govt trying to tax its way out of the fiscal hole the uk is in but will damage any business enterprise and of course they will try every possible avenue to get this funded from the private sector first (& look at how they can tax it asap) before committing to any public spending going on it. They will say all the right things but do little to advance matters. They can get their positive PR from supporting Cornish Lithium. Patience required but I’m going to hold because it will move eventually.
