This R.N. S is not positivity! We have been told categorically a deal was coming by the end of 2025. Now we are told it isn’t! How can this be seen as positive news? What’s even more worrying? Is that the CEO has now given cover for the company for any discussions or negotiations to drag on for months and months so I could easily see this now not being Decided on at the halfway point of 2026 and by which time the company will think about doing another placing. It’s rubbish and it’s just typical of the CEO. A leopard never changes its spots.

Tim, true to form, has lied to the market and to IMM shareholders all year. The first concrete news that we were all waiting for is to confirm that there will be no deal by the end of 2025. This categorically proves he was talking out of his bottom went in all of those interviews in September. There were no discussions going on at that point and even now the RS tells us they have not decided on one single deal. Lots of conversations oh very broad range of discussions going on all sorts of different sizes but actually not a single deal agreed and there won’t be presumably any due diligence until a deal is agreed that delays it further and further. Tim McCarthy is a pathological liar and has no shame the man cannot be trusted and the market will not like this.

That’s as very encouraging release and I can’t see that everything be centred on the south west. Geographically it makes perfect sense to have a production centre up north as well. Bring it on.

Are they going to produce lithium carbonate or spodumene concentrate? Price per ton is 10 x greater for carbonate. That would be amazing but begs the question why not more people are buying MAC shares right now.

Cornish lithium hoping to produce 10,000 tons of lithium hydroxide per year which is about the same if not a little cheaper than carbonate. Same value as Weardale but the North being ignored by the govt just now in spite of the fact Weardale’s path to production odds far easier and quicker than CL

Nope you’re right. It’s 8% of current Weardale valuation which is £3m. Doesn’t add up to much but…if Weardale is given more govt funding then it’s a clear pathway to roughly £8m per year income at current lithium prices. Mcap of Weardale - and MAC’s 8% - would look very different if that’s confirmed next week.

Anyone still think Stubben Edge could attempt a RTO and gobble up MAC's 13% of weardale stock? If they want to expand into the UK this is a perfect vehicle that is small and simple. It could offer to support funding for Weardale's next phase in return for using MAC as a shell. Don't really understand how these things work but I've a really good feeling about MAC over the next couple of weeks. Or is it just me?

Ah missed that one. Yep that looks like a sell but...it was the only one of the day and larger than most of the ones we've seen in the last few weeks. Maybe that's the final one? Anyway, that probably evens up the buys vs sells for the day when you consider pretty much a third of all trades were misreported and were buys rather than sells. That actually makes sense of the share price just ending up in the blue and the BID being upped at the end of the day just to 9p from 8.82

I'm quietly confident things are going to start to look different bit by bit this week. I have another AIM stock I'm hoping will enjoy a little surge when the budget is announced, along with an announcement of Govt support for critical minerals production here in the UK. If that comes off the way I hope and this still hasn't moved then profits from there will move over to IMM and again I will let people know if trades are being reported correctly or not.

However, if you wish to believe it you go ahead. Perhaps it’s no wonder you’re struggling with your investments if you take all of those figures as gospel as to what’s really going on. And MrRsoul I can categorically confirm that all of those figures you’ve so cleverly copied and posted correctly…are wrong, unless of course I was the only person to buy today and that every other trade was in fact a sell. These LSE figures are so way out it’s pointless to look at them.

The best thing about today was no delayed trades and no more chunky sells. We are on the cusp of a reversal of fortune. How fortuitous remains to be seen but I suspect we don’t have long to wait. There will doubtless be some iis who just happen to buy in in the nick of time (oh how lucky) and that will be our signal Tim has finally delivered something.

Even £1 would do nicely.

I've topped up 4 times today and all were reported as sells. Two at 9.38p and two at 3.34p. So I can't see why any other trades at those prices would be marked differently, hence I assume actually there was much more buying than selling today. But the volume was pretty hopeless so we will have to wait until next week for a more significant reversal. Tim said back in mid September a deal could land at any point in time from then. That was over two months ago but for me it perhaps hints at something a bit more major in the pipeline. Pure conjecture though. Hope this works out for everyone unless they happen to be shorting, but I can't believe anyone would be so stupid as to do that with what COULD happen.

Anyway, the delayed trades have stopped so I believe Lanstead are out and mms might just be a bit short of stock. Matters not htough if there is news because it will impact the price even higher if they are. Wouldn't it be lovely?

buys far outweigh sells today but they want to keep this down for some reason. Not massive volume anyway so no big deal. We would like news of course to put it beyond all doubt...Not long to wait to see how we fair.
