AJ000 it only went to .6p + to allow the warrant holders out at a 100% profit. IT was total manipulation. Timed ot perfection such that retail would fall for it and think an announcement was possible at the recent Conference. In fact Alludium's showing seemed completely underwhelming and they made absolutely no effort to get any kind of messaging out to the market. Absolutely nothing. I don't really know why they bothered turning up at all. Not sure you're going to be getting any kind of updates from them before 2025 is out.

Nice delayed buy of £10k earlier. Means buys are roughly equal to sells and hence sp has gone up a little. Keen to see what impact the budget has on this - if nothing else in the UK economic landscape. Er that isn't much a buy sign to me but maybe I'm just old fashioned. Yep that's 'progress' as far as an AIM company is concerned. Amazed this is up but I don't think it will be for long as everyone cottons on to whats' really going on and are about to be hit with 100% dilution at a discount of what, say 65% or worse? They currently have nothing generating income so are totally over a barrel from any lender. Could be a nasty surprise from Santa.

No surprise here at the drop. It's AIM so retail will be fckued at some point. You just need to time your buys/sells based on your gut and NOT what anyone, even from the Company, says. Nope, the market knows exactly how much IMM is worth - what someone will pay for it - and at the moment no one is willing to [ay anything for it - so be grateful the mcap hasn't yet dropped lower. It will though over the next few weeks as everyone rues listening to the blx that has been spouted.

That little RNS which a few choose to see as positive has just wiped nearly £9m off the mcap.

It explains why Lanstead decided to get rid of all their shares. They must have known there was no deal. Again, those who questioned it were right. Lanstead probably are feeling rather pleased with themselves (and Tim) as they could easily start buying on the open market again in another couple of months at less than half the price they've just sold. They can buy back at under 5p in January and then once they've got Tim to issue another bs RNS saying how excited he is about an imminent deal - watch the sp shoot back up only to sell all over again and perhaps also exercise their 70m warrants and sell those too all at a huge profit. retail has well and truly been stitched up here by AIM CEO, mms and an ii lender. Spectacular job.

I don't believe him but there just might be a small licensing deal next year that could get the sp back to 10p. From 5p that's a 100% profit. Mind you I believed him before and look where that got me! I wanted to believe him and thought the sp might get to 30p by Christmas but his lying has totally undone everyone who invested since September and those interviews that were full of untruths.

Hardly. Tim stated 2025 is the year of delivery. Only it wasn't. Think people have every right to be raging over this man's outright lying to the market. He just either happens to be terribly unlucky in getting everything he claims totally wrong - missing deadlines is never his fault - or he manipulates the market and share holders to his own end. I know 100% which it is.

The market hasn't missed anything in the RNS. It simply doesn't believe the lying toad who issued it. It's classic Tim MCarthy bs. He doesn't have to prove anything so therefore says what ever he thinks will keep people engaged. Only trouble is he's done it so often before and yet again he's failed to deliver what he promised. The RNS has confirmed there is no deal on the table at the moment and even if there is they are looking at license deals and not buyouts so all talk of £s should now stop. Withe unfailing dishonesty from the top of the Company who is to say what may transpire for IMM in 2026. There is absolutely NO guarantee of a deal in that RNS. Discussions confirm nothing. It will be at least another 2 or 3 months imho and during that time Tim will award himself and other Directors with bonuses (for delivering nothing to share holders) and then it will be '2026 is the year of delivery - honest'.

I'll be back when the sp eventually drops below 5p. It could even fall as low as 4p but I'll buy back in once things have settled but with nothing like as much as I sold today. From now on I will treat this for exactly what it is - a complete gamble.

Well, they clearly haven't found any one yet that fits that description.I f it was that ground breaking, game changing, first in class bla bla bla then one of the majors would have put their hands in their pockets by now. Obviously they don't value it nearly as highly as Tim does. Anyway everyone should relax in the knowledge that the company is now spending another £200k per year on another Director who is clearly doing brilliant things for the company.

This stinks. I said a while ago that it would be very telling if Tim came out with an RNS delaying any potential deal just after Lanstead were out and sure enough that's what's happened. Tim has revealed to us all that the interviews were just a play on the back of the patent news to get as much cash out of Lanstead as possible.

What's more, the RNS clearly tells us they are now not willing to commit to any timeframe for a deal other than state 2026. It also tells us there are no offers on the table as yet and certainly not for a buyout. So all these conversations taking place are for much smaller deals, licensing and partnership deals and that they can't yet even agree on one of those. I have a horrible feeling we are now talking about much smaller numbers - so much for 'chunky' - and that Avion are involved in slowing up discussions and possibly making any deal much more complicated.

Tim lied when he said a deal could happen 'from any time now'. As far as we know the Data room wasn't open then and no one had signed any NDAs and one assumes Tim would have known perfectly well any such deal would have taken at least a few weeks to negotiate and get signed. It was pure bs. He's a liar and there is now way of avoiding that fact. I can't deal with that level of dishonesty so have sold today. So much for my stupid hopes of a deal by year end and a minimum of 30p. Tim has yet again over promised and delivered a lovely Christmas present to us all of ...nothing but a drop in the share price and damaged sentiment.

I'll be back when the sp settles down but for now I'm out and hope Tim falls down a big hole in the road for lying to the market so wilfully. He deserves sweet fa from share holders. If by the time of the next AGM there is still no deal and only big promises I hope share holders will vote him out.

Tim Mcarthy cannot be trusted. This is the umpteenth time he's delivered disappointment to share holders, not only in IMM but also in his other company Incanthera. It's just the way he works. Deliver the bs, get cash in the account how ever you possibly can and then hold your hands up and say sorry, I misjudged things again but it's all still very exciting. Honest!
