2p entry price and exit at 30 - 40p would be great wouldn’t it! Tim has never delivered and I should not have believed the guff spouted in Sept. No one should. It was all a ruse to get money into IMM bank account and keep Lanstead happy. Lths probably happy too though if they bought under 2p although if anyone has held over the last 6 weeks they must be fairly gutted to see 50% wiped off their paper gains.

Who knows Megan but a longstanding relationship like this suggests to me Tim won’t have done the dirty on them and that all the announcements were planned a long time ago. Question is, what might they be cooking up for Lanstead next? It’s also possible that if a deal is nearing then that will be the end of opportunities for Tim to provide Lanstead with for making lots of profit from a manipulated stock. Look back and see how things have worked. Tim always gets some money in the bank for IMM and Lanstead always end up walking away in profit too. So who has lost out? Have a think.

I’ve actually a strong feeling the sp is going to suppressed quite a lot and Lanstead will be back as a funder before any deal is announced. They’ve provided numerous loans in the past to IMM and they’ve always done well out of it. Rinse repeat? If I’m right then hold off buying as it could drop all the way back to 2p or even lower. If it does then it will be too tempting for Lanstead to resist, and with a CEO who is perfectly comfortable putting out wild statements in interviews that fill the market into a frenzy of buying Lanstead will have the perfect opportunity to do very well again out of IMM and vice versa . Amazing that that post hasn’t caused anything other than another drop for ALRT. Why cd that be I wonder? Does anyone have any idea yet what ALRT actually has or does? Just seems like one of many teams of canny businessmen clubbing together to create a vehicle that intend driven and make some easy cash for themselves. Indeed Juxta, but…Tim will surely work out a way and time for them to exercise them. Maybe another interview with spurious bs that sees another spike in the sp and allows Lanstead to sell those 70m warrants at a nice tidy profit - and which gets some more money in the coffers for IMM - but which all leaves retail getting spiked again and having to hold when the sp eventually compasses all the way back to 2p. And it will eventually end up back there, only in the interim Tim will have put some decent cash in the bank and proudly boast to share holders the cash position is good. Just sorry you’ve had to endure lots of dilution and a few white lies along the way to the pennies in the bank.

Don’t forget there were conveniently 3m warrants exercised just after Tim’s interview debacle which brought in £150k for IMM. All those warrants were at a price of 5p so will have been sold at a huge profit in the second half of September and early October. That’s where all the selling pressure, along with Lanstead dumping, came from and has seen the sp slowly head back to where it started. It’s all very grubby second hand car dealer type management. You scratch my back and I’ll scratch yours… Almost to the day Lanstead were out Tim came back to the market to say, ooh actually there won’t be a deal before Christmas because ‘As would be expected’ such deals take time and are complicated. For some reason that hasn’t occurred to him back in September. Funny that isn’t it?!

As I say grubby, and no one should trust what he says. Purely and simply now looking at this to make a relatively quick profit. When it hits sub 5p or lower then come the end of January there should be another update. By that stage share holders will either be told there’s not going to be a deal or one is still possible but it is further delayed. A further drop follows and THEN it will be worth chucking some punt money in for a possible bagger or two. From 3 or 4p a small licensing deal for £25m or £30m and see the sp double in a day. All about timing - and definitely NOT trusting what dear Timmy says in any interview

No Megan, the agreement has ended yes, but there was nothing to stop Lanstead from holding on to their shares. As it happens they did sell but it was not part of the agreement that they had to sell all their shares by Nov 24th. They chose to sell because the sp has been inflated artificially by Tim’s empty promises and it was an excellent means of them scraping back the extra money they had to pay for those last three months of the agreement. The very next trading day after they had finished selling Tim made the announcement there would be no deal by year end because ‘As would be expected’ such deals take time and are complicated. He conveniently didn’t mention that in Sept.

I think they are now out and that the RNS announcing no deal by year end was held back until they were out at the higher prices of 9p+. All too conveniently timed. Nothing to stop them building up another stake now the price has dropped by 30%, especially if they actually believe a deal will happen. Would make up for the hit they took as a result of Tim’s interviews in Sept

It’s not going to change this side of Christmas and for those like me who have a pot for AIM stocks and don’t want to ever be locked in for long there are far better opportunities to make a couple of 10%s here and there before committing anything back into IMM.

We’ve been told the potential deals are very complicated so it’s definitely not a straight forward takeover or buyout, it’s going to be a licensing deal and that will need to take Avion into account is my guess but if there is any deal then the sp is likely to double from these levels at the very least. End of Jan? Feb? March? Or further delays and it rolls into Q2 or Q3. Taking that long is ‘as would be expected’ we’ve now been told by the man who said ‘a deal could happen from any day now’ back in September. Fool.

Uk govt is expected to announce where money from the £50m fund is heading in 2026. No indication of whether that’s early in 2026 or much later in the year. Judging by the prevailing speed they are acting on this issue I think it may well end up not being until next autumn. Policy published Nov 2025. Grants paid out Nov 2026? There, I’d say that’s critical enough no? We’ve got until 2035 as a target so we wouldn’t want to spend the money too early on would we?!

It’s always impossible to really know what’s going on with trades and you just have to accept with the LSE rules the way they are means things can be obscured from view to give a slant that always suits the mms and any instis. involved.

I was thinking that if any potential buyer has decided to get serious they may begin buying stock but not sure if that’s against the rules. If that was the case you can bet your bottom dollar the mms would aid them in building a stake at whatever price they ask for. It’ll be hidden from view.

The way the market is reacting to the recent RNs and interviews I’d say I’ll get my entry price of 5p before Christmas. Then will just have to hold tight and hope a deal happens within the first 2 or 3 months. Tom was far less OTT though in the kind of deal to expect. A licensing deal yes but nothing silly about ‘chunky’ or ‘we’re talking seriously big numbers here’ . Maybe the new NED has pointed out that Tom needs to tread very carefully now having said so much in attempts to keep retail on board and now watching it backfire so badly. This is now down 50% in the last month. Not what was expected given what’s apparently going to occur in the New Year.

Supermobileman - but you have to accept that Tim lied to share holders just before that fundraise. One week it was we don’t need extra cash and the very next it was we need lots of cash. It was extremely calculated And damaged his standing then. He has form with other companies for doing similar. IMM and Incanthera are the current vehicles for failed promises. He now has yet another couple of months to actually deliver on what he has repeatedly stated since September. He’s only got himself to blame for this invidious position he now finds himself, where he’s begging share holders not to sell - keep the faith - and still can’t come clean regarding the impact the Avion agreement has on current company position. Why is that? Is Tim encouraging retail share holders to believe a huge deal is possible/likely when in truth the Avion situation is a massive hurdle to the kind of deal most want. Here’s P140 and its ’truly Ground breaking’ would you like some of it? Not really the way big pharma tend to do things is it. So, again, I find myself siding with OTM’s take on things, which is that there may well be a deal but that it will neither be huge or come soon.

What one has to realise is that £31m of the £50m announced in the recent Critical Minerals Strategy has already been given to Cornish Lithium so there’s actually only another £19m to go around all the various candidates working towards a greener future.
