Rookie is very obviously in very deep here and just can’t contemplate this going wrong. Sadly the CEO is wholly unreliable in delivering on his very many positive predictions and this could cost him dearly if Tim has done his usual trick.

Just be super cautious here. Now is most definitely NOt the time to buy in imo. I think there could well be more delays and possibly even a placing which could see this all the way back to 2p. Could be a small deal on the horizon but talk of major pharmas and huge deals is for the birds

If anyone held here from the recent RNS delaying a deal and listened to the rampers confidently stating all is well and this will be fine, well, on paper you’ve lost nearly 50% of your investment here. That’s how good they have been since Nov. And yet they STILL maintain they are right and this is all nailed on.

It wasn’t stated in any RNS that DD was being carried out by anyone or had even commenced. Fact. With an operator like the CEO at the helm you have to be prepared for him to speak utter blx and ride the waves. I would say there is a small chance of a deal by spring 2026 but would not be in the slightest bit surprised if it was only a small single deal and that there is a placing just before it. You just know Tim is going to come up with something that pops everyone’s balloon but he’ll tell you ever so sincerely that it’s all for the best and in the best interests of share holders eg

Anyway, we’ll be in the 4s heading into 2026 and I suspect quite a bit lower as more and more people realise the posts saying they ‘know’ major pharmas are doing DD are just bs.

I suspect the excuse will be that he wants IMM to be in a stronger position throughout all the negotiation period and because the deal is very complicated it’s taking longer than anticipated. I have no doubt that Tim will have not the slightest shame to come and do that to share holders but put the most positive spin out in defence of the dilution. I also strongly suspect that Lanstead will once again be involved. Might not happen until March or April but we’ll see.

I’m quietly confident the next RNS is going to be one of two messages for shared holders: another excuse for a deal being delayed further into the year or…a placing.

And it’s not the first time Truthful Tim has told porkies….end of 2024 - we don’t need any cash and are doing fine. Just a few weeks later ‘we’ve done a placing because we need money folks. Again, was he just not told by the IMM finance department (1 employee) that they would need cash soon or did Tim do his stellar Pinocchio impersonation again? He’s obviously completely comfortable working this way but never offers any kind of apology or humility. Just keeps taking his salary whilst failing to deliver what he’s promised.

Oof with the delayed 300kb sells as well that’s a lot of someone wanting out very quickly and really not hanging about. Is there about to be bad news or a placing? And please don’t anyone say we’ve been told by Tim there’s no need for a placing. He did the same thing last year and look what happened then.

Monteacute - if P140 is a game changer then you have nothing to worry about. It will be bought outright for at least a £bn. That’s a share price of about just over £2.

6 trades today tells you just how much belief and excitement there is in Alludium. How is this team of AIM operators going to wangle getting another big rise out of Ctai and rinse the retail investors who have mistakenly jumped onboard what they thought was an AI train to Nevada? Mardler, I think the frustration nowadays is that a more accurate system can’t be put in place in order to give all of the market a completely true picture as to the nature of each trade. It’s really not rocket science but it does suit mms whose main function is to provide a stable market. The ability to delay trades is a dubious one and is open to interpretation shall we say. It allows mms to hide trades from individuals using brokers who are dealing with extremely large trades and might make the market unstable but it also gives the ‘lads’ in mms offices the opportunity to allow their mates either in or out at what might not exactly be described as fair prices. Toothless FCA doesn’t want to get involved so turns a blind eye even when the activities border manipulation/deliberate obfuscation. We are stuck with it.
