Lanstead have 70m warrants exercisable at 2p. Selling their remaining shares is simply the MO for PE firms who get involved in these kind of agreements. With their warrants they’ve already guaranteed themselves an absolutely massive win on news of any deal. They will already have assigned funds to their next deal - IMM will be just one of many such deals Lanstead and many others set up.

Disagree otm. My theory (and at least I have one) is that Lanstead are dumping about a million shares a day until they are out. Once out any selling pressure will reduce hugely.

On Nov 4th we had an RNS telling us Lanstead were below 3%. That’s a max of 15m shares but…it could have been less than that given they have 3 days to issue a TR1 so by the time we read the RNS they could have already been down to 13m. It’s been another 5 trading days since so by rough calculations, and at consistent rates of selling, I suspect they will be all but out by a week tomorrow, that’s Nov 19th. The monthly amount they pay is determined by the average share price over the first 20 days of each month. It stacks up timing wise and means Lanstead have kept a lid on the sp to limit what they owe in the final month of this agreement with IMM.

We have no idea where any negotiations are at this point in time but it’s highly likely imo we will be given more information before the end of November. Just my guesswork but I think by the end of Nov the share price will already have recovered to well above 10p. Of course that goes out of the window if there is any news of a deal. We might get an MOU RNS before actual confirmation of a deal and even that would cause a significant boost to sentiment, which is mostly what current interest is built on

Don’t think current dip is anything to be concerned about. Lanstead selling to the tune of about a million shares each day by the looks of it. Think roughly 9 or 10m left now so should be out by the 20th. Then that’s the end of the large delayed sells altogether. A gradual return to 11 or 12p+ but one whiff of a deal and this explodes.

I agree with many who have said this previously but I’m sure Tim must have known at least one deal was in the bag when he went into all those interviews. Might not be the biggy we all hope for but it’ll get the ball rolling. If it’s a small licensing deal for one of the other products in the p/f then I reckon we’ll easily see 30p this side of Christmas. Good luck all. Told you last week, I think this is the effects of lasted selling their remaining shares. I believe they will be out in another 10 days or so so this may drop back as low as eight but then it’s going to fly once more and any news of a deal will just launch this in a crazy way. Yes, the market doesn’t value IMM as much at the moment but that’s because there is no concrete proof of a deal which is what would give it a sensational value the second there is some proof then all bets are off.

This is the same AI source that gave multiple reasons for a major announcement to be made during the recent Bio conference…. Not sure I’ll get too excited by reading this.

Looking into this. RTO looks perfectly feasible and timing is perfect. MAC directors would be quids in and clearly have no real conviction to develop MAC long term so I wouldn’t be surprised if something like this for MAC had been their vague plan/hope all along

Gotta feeling we’ve got another week or so of Lanstead dumping but after that not aware of any large sellers. Once those delayed sells stop ppl will get back on the bus here and mms won’t be able to prevent a resurgence. Then hopefully in Dec news of a deal. If no deal and Tim has to backtrack then I don’t think he’ll be let off the hook come AGM time and it’ll be a case of walking the plank.

Upfront payment of several hundred million £s is what I’m hoping for at the very least. I’d prefer a complete buyout but just can’t see that happening. It would mean a multi bagger from where we are, in the order of magnitude of Lord only knows what!

Sadly not. With another couple of hefty delayed sells that will appear shortly I think sells just outweigh buys and that makes sense of us being down another 5%. Come back next week.

Personally I think it's incredibly shabby behaviour from the CEO and means most likely once the placing is done and sp rises back to above a penny most pis will exit. Most retail investors now know AIM stocks are short term trades and that its works well so long as you don't get caught in a spike and end up being in longer than you'd anticipated.

Hope this works well for everyone but think we've got a couple of crappy months to get through first.

Afraid not 86KB. Looking at LSE trades all the buys in blue add up to £40k and the ones in black anount to far more than LSE’s supposed figure of £10k of sells . We’re on the red and the BID is down so think it’s just been dressed up to obfuscate and confuse the market. I’m pretty convinced they’re all sells but it matters not come the end of the year. Lanstead will almost certainly be out by end of November if not sooner and there will be no blocks to the sp rising steadily - until we get news on a deal that is. Then anything can happen. And I mean anything. This is AIM after all. Wish one of my other AIM stocks would explode then profits would come into here. If the sp is still 10p or there about then so much the better. For now I’ll just sit tight and hope IMM put at least something out on social media that can whip up the hysteria again

If the sp can hold above 10p whilst Lanstead make their exit then all well and good. Tim putting some +ve comms out would help everyone just now.

Yeah I'm convinced all these late reported trades are Lanstead selling up. At the very least it keeps the sp down so the amount they pay for November - and their last payment to IMM - will be kept lower but I reckon they are planning to be out completely at least by the end of this month and then they just sit on their 70m warrants until news of any deal lands. Hopefully at that time the new NED steps in and does his job by selling them to another ii rather than allowing them to be dumped on the open market and suppressing any decent rise.

If there is a serious chance of contracts being signed by year end then the CEo should have been able to line up a short term business loan even with a High Street bank at sensible interest rates. That would see the company beyond the point where the market knows it has contracts and guaranteed revenue. She should THEN do a fund raise at a much higher share price. That's what any decent CEO would do to look after existing share holders.

Looks to me like it's been planned with some PE firm to run it as low as possible and come in at the very last minute before contracts are signed and offer finance at a huge discount to an already floored share price. Management will at that point probably buy in too. If that happens I only hope they are reasonable and make an offer open to retail investors as well. If the offer is at .2p then I would buy more.

GDR management recently did something similar - quickly ran the sp down with lots of negative news from 1.35p to .5p and then hit share holders with a placing at .2p. They then tried to get another far bigger placing away at very short notice, only the share holders voted it down. Thank God. It has recovered well since then. I can see something similar happen here. Will it be 0.2p though or even lower. If the CEO knows there are contracts going to be signed then that should be good leverage against a horribly dilutive placing. We are hearing nothing though so my thoughts in the earlier paragraph are what I think we can expect. It's AIM and it happens all the time. Use the play to your advantage if you can. Not advice. Hope this works out well for everyone trapped in at much higher prices from over this last 12 months.

Even with a delayed sell of £7k according to LSE trades there have been about £30k and only £14k of sells and yet the BID is dropping. Lanstead still dumping in my opinion. Yesterday would have been a good day of consolidation had it not been for the repeated sells of 100k+. I don't think those large sells are random pis so if people can just hold for another week or 10 days or so I think they will be out. Share price might drop further but I don't see it as being a sign of lack of sentiment or interest. One whiff of anything positive and the sp will quickly rise and Lanstead will quickly sell. One good thing about them selling in an orderly fashion and at above 10p is that they obviously don't see the sp droppping further or else they would dump the rest of their shares in one go.

Patience. 30p+ by Christmas imo
