I’m not sure the market will believe Budd anymore though. It’s plain for all to see he can’tsell the Covid PoC kit so that’s been a huge waste of money, and i don’t think it’ll sell even if there’s another wave in the autumn.

The only thing going for us is AIHL and stroke tests but it’s a year away for those to be reviewed by NICE. We’ve can’t spend £2m on AIHL approvals for US and no one is going to come forward as they’d have done it already by now.

Makes my blood boil that Budd has ****ed everything up quite so badly.

…in thinking perhaps we’re about to get a low ball offer of a buy out? I could easily imagine Budd using the excuse that GDR simply don’t have the funds or machinery/personnel resources to achieve their ambitions and meet the challenges of commercialisation and that it is the best option. He would most likely be promised he can keep his job (and salary) but share holders lose out on what was fantastic potential for GDR. Budd will struggle to get a placing after another 6 months of continual silence and lack of progress in sales. AIHL and Stroke tests being reviewed by Nice will be good news but that’s a year away so what will happen in the mean time?

Is it a matter of course that a vote is held each year to keep the CEO in position? Or can it only be added if Proposed by the Chairman of the board for example?

Just my opinion but I don't think so. 12p by Friday and lower by the end of next week if still nothing from Budd.

Starres - you seem a reasonable kind of bloke. IT's just not going to happen in my view as i simply think we're either being deliberately screwed by Budd for some ulterior motive or....he just hasn't sold anything yet. If there were any half decent sales to speak of or even just a keen interest from somewhere in the AIHL then a good CEO who had the Company's interests at heart - and those of share holders - would have RNSd it to try and get sentiment back on track. He must see the share price dropping day after day, week after week, month after month but does nothing. Even at this price he will not buy a single share. I fear it has further to drop before he acts.

Low ball buy out is still my hunch but it could just be that Budd really, really is awful and rubbish at his job.

Why Bruno?? Surely it would be wise to wait for 12 or 10p? Who knows, the way DB is looking after our interests we may even be presented with an opportunity to buy at 8p at this rate. Bargain.

I'm too far in the red to sell and I STILL see the potential of the products even if the people running the sales of GDR are totally incompetent. I think it will come good but in years not months or weeks. That, though, is only if we aren't snaffled up by a big pharma for peanuts.

Interesting Starres. We’re in exactly the same position as 12 months ago with regards to sales of the Covid PoC kit in that there have been no sales we’re know off and the only possibility of significant sales is if there is another winter wave that rips through the population again. This is better than nothing but let’s be honest we’ve had distribution in 4 countries for over 6 months now and haven’t been informed of a single sale to date, so expectations should be suitably modest!

My real gripe here is that Budd clearly couldn’t give a sh.t about us pis. Maybe the % of shares we collectively own simply has no bearing on GDR’s financial status at any point in time. Maybe Budd knows there is/are iis interested in offering funding but only from a lower starting point. We just don’t know and that’s because he tells us nothing. Engagement on a regular basis from a CEO is crucial if a company wants/needs investment from the likes of us posting on here. The endless periods of silence lead me to believe we’re an irrelevance - and probably just a bit of a pain in the a..se for Budd and the BOD. Sadly it also makes me think we’ll struggle to have any meaningful impact on the way he operates now or in the future and that even if many of us attended an AGM we’d get nowhere, would be offered platitudes and empty promises, sending us away feeling better but only to then have another 12 months of the usual. What a really tedious investment this has become.

I’ve emailed GDR and the Nomad but not had a response - and I was Uber polite each time.

I too am inclined to attend in person as I think Bud needs to know how strongly some people feel about the overall performance of the commercialisation aspect of his work. Obviously it will need to be non-confrontational or else he’ll simply walk out but I think we should be allowed to put a number of questions to him and he needs to dedicate some time to hearing our concerns. I’m not talking about 30 minutes but perhaps an hour and half of Q and A so he can explain his strategy in some detail and try to reassure investors.

Personally I doubt very much he will even submit himself to half an hour with share holders but, just as waiting for a reply one fine day from GDR or Wallbrook , I can only hope.

That’s just my personal opinion but this CEO needs to be held to account by someone (please!) for so spectacularly failing to make any benefit for long term shareholders at all throughout a global pandemic.

No one, in my view, should put any more money into this shambles.

What the hell does he think he's doing for GDR investors at the moment?? With every week/month that passes with no news the sp continues to slip and we get closer to needing a cash raise. If he can get a placing away then it's not going to be on favourable terms. People need to brace themselves here for this to slip even lower than pre pandemic levels.

reported as a sell beech, and before you start lecturing me on the hows/whys of trade reporting...I know, It could be a sell but Budd obviously very happy with the way things are going or else he'd be able to come up with at least something to try and reinvigorate interest. Nope. Happy keeping shtum. Depressing. What an amazing opportunity presented itself to Budd and he blew it in every way possible. Just thank heavens for the R&D team who are at least coming up with the great products. That at least keeps a life line here to the markets for when Budd decides to do the next raise ie there is potential. It's just that Budd can't realise it.

More hefty sells going on. Someone either isn’t confident VDTK can deliver sales news or is opting for a better opportunity elsewhere. With the lack of comms from RR I’m not hugely surprised. Share holders kept in the dark most of the time regarding any progress. Hope things turn soon for the better.

At least this latest dilution wasn’t big and also happened without a huge discount and I hope means no more cash raises for 6 months. Look on the bright side…

Yes, I did. Two dilutions in a week based on hype rather than results. I’m nervous as PJ has got this through making everyone feel excited but there is still a strong chance we’ll have nothing to show for it. Obviously I’m hoping that’s not the case but this is a junior miner on AIM and these companies spin things out for years without ever delivering. It’s what most junior exploration and mining companies do.

We’re in PJ’s hands and either he’s wringing us out for another few months before rinse and repeat ….or we get decent results from Molopo and can get the sp up to 2p. Toss of a coin.
