From the CFO’s own mouth monthly cavern is about £450k a month so £6m in March is now about half of that and one assumes they’ve been spending some funds on further product development. £2m needed for AIHL approval in US but that was to come from revenue generated by Covid PoC. What ever, GDR is now in some serious trouble and the Nomad has actually given an inkling that they might have realised finally. They’re working hard to alleviate concerns. That means to me they’re sh.ting themselves as they realise they’re in a big hole and don’t know what to do because they’ve not sold anything so can see the writing is on the wall. Dilution, dilution, dilution. Endless rewards for lths here.

Agree with Lloyd and Guy. Fairly certain a raise is coming but Lord only knows at what price Budd will get a placing as the company has done so badly these last two years AB’s last 6 months especially. If he can’t provide any proof of sales it’s going to be a brutal discount plus it’ll take time because they’ll want to forward sell at a profit. If they’ve gone for the £2m to fund US approvals for AIHL we might have to wait another 6 - 8 weeks or so to hear about it.

I’m pessimistic at the best of times and don’t trust any AIM BOD but I’m thinking this could hit new lows with a discount of 40% from 11 or 12p. I’m also assuming we’ll be nearer 10p by end of next week so that placing could be done at 6p. Budd is clearly in a real fix here and that email suggests they’re totally aware of the trouble they’re in and are desperate to find a remedy ie a cash raise.

It’s basically as bad as we’d feared - ok not if you’re System, Bruno, beech, username twat, or one of other twit village idiots who constantly suggest rockets, RNSs and the like. For you guys it’s just another amazing buying opportunity before the men in white coats arrive…

‘Budd is doing a good job here’. Please give me one good explanation of your definition of a good job relevant to the facts. Ie today unproductive having a casino stick with extreme volatility. Wtf do you think GDR is then? Stable?? We’ve had some of the biggest spikes imaginable but now you’re trying to calm us down suggesting a period of continuous decline over 6 months is a good thing?? Franky is either Budd or another of the sales team he’s put in place to put their feet up and make sure what ever you do you don’t bloody sell anything. Ok? I don’t think there’s anything to be lost by each doing what we can, even if it’s only emailing him or someone at the NOMAD. Just keep a record of what you write/send and then eventually we might have case even a lawyer will think can’t lose and take it on. It’s bad enough knowing AIM is there too fleece ordinary pis but the fact most ends up being screwed into the ground makes it all the more unpalatable. Budd getting paid to ensure we lose the money we’ve decided to invest in GDR based on the quality of its products and past RNSs from Budd saying things like ‘the numbers add up dramatically…’ (anyone else remember that?) means there’s been deliberate deception and misrepresentation of the facts on a serial basis over at least two if not three years.

The sooner we all pull in one direction the sooner Budd will have to update us and confront the inexorable decline. He can’t be allowed to bury his head in the sand for any longer. Up to you but you could just continue with your stupid posts and watch the sp drop for another three months up to the AGM or we can try and do something about it. Budd has to go or we’ll be at 4 - 6p by Christmas. The misdirection is what I’ve been getting at for months. The way Budd has stayed silent for the last six months just doesn’t add up to a CEO who wants his company to do well. Something has gone awry here and Budd is at the heart of it. We need to find out what’s going on and why we’ve been given misleading comms from Budd for the last three years - think Eastern European contracts worth tens of millions of pounds… the US DoD contract worth nearly $3m, Budd himself alerting the market to the fact his own product was too expensive for Indian market, having only just received the necessary approvals to sell there. He’s been working against the interests of ordinary share holders for at least the last two years and I personally think he’s been nobbled by a potential buyer.

36p??? That’s funny. If, and it’s a huge IF, we are very lucky I hope we’ll see an offer of 25 - 30p land at some point soon. It’ll be presented by Budd as the only sensible option left open to the company and he’ll support it when asking share holders to vote. Either vote for it or risk ending up with nothing. It happens all the time and because GDR’s genomic tests are so good and have no serious competition it’s why I think there’s some shenanigans afoot. Someone will have raised the potential and made their offer a while ago. We all saw the potential but there’s no way a pharma will have to or need to pay over the odds for GDR thanks to CEO being quite so hopeless. They’ll help him run it into the ground and run out of money, deliver no sales, in spite of numerous distribution deals in place, then snap it up. 3 months later sales contracts galore will be announced. Hopefully we can realise 30p a share. Anyone wishing for more is going to be disappointed. This has become an altogether different product now and veered off the usual pathway for a limited company. It’s now a play thing for a major imo and just a matter of time before they have it in their grubby paws. Delighted to see another conference with Inspiration Healthcare. They’ve gone really well for GDR to date haven’t they?!

Only got a small amount in here but look in every now and again. Is there anything that can stop the continuous erosion of the sp? Now at its lowest for 5 years and for the last 3 the direction of travel has only been one way, down. Regardless of any news the sp just keeps sinking so I’m wondering where this stops, or does it? Can BMN survive going on like this? Will sp ever recover or are we looking at 2p, 1p or even a sub penny stock? Who ever is running the show isn’t doing much for share holders currently that’s for sure. Only got about £12k - actually now worth more like £9k so should I hold or just jump? I know it’s SA so is massively risky but even some stocks in Russia haven’t done as badly as BMN.

Big hammer: in the last presentation given end of March Budd started ‘overview updates’ would be given as and when appropriate over the following several months. That I think was specific to NHS uptake on AIHL and Covid PoC sales. It’s clear there haven’t been any sales as far as I’m concerned or else, well, we’d have had an ‘overview update’! Nothing sold, nothing to say. Here comes beech and pals holding hands singing merrily that the sp is about to rocket and Budd is going to drop the RNS bomb.

There is a little part of me which is half expecting a big shock - not the one everyone wants of course - saying Budd has resigned. He simply can’t be in good odour with major share holders when he’s failed so spectacularly to take GDR forward in any commercial direction , even though for the last three years commercialisation of GDR products has been his focus. He’s looked at it all, hired sales personal, signed with distributors and sold zero.

So, maybe we can just hope for one glimmer of hope and that is that he’s jumped before being pushed.
