Unless the presentation contains news of sales then for me it will count for nought as Budd has lied in successive presentations and missed many self imposed deadlines or failed to deliver on what he’s said he will do, not to mention reversal contracts he boasted of that came to absurdity zero! In March 2022 he stated very clearly he would be updating share holders on news of sales as and when appropriate over the following six months. After seven and a half months we’ve not heard from him once, whether sales are being achieved or not. Silence is a poor option for any CEO who wants support and confidence from their share holders and especially the pi base.

One slightly positive thing is that we’ll have news on a Monday. Normally if there is bad news companies try to release it towards the end of a week. I’m not hopeful for good news on the sales front but I’m in no doubt that Budd will highlight the forthcoming progress we all expect with both AIHL and the stroke marker tests and I don’t think anyone can deny things look good for next year as long as NICE publish ‘best practice’ advice for AIHL in February. It’s just the bumps in the road over the next three months or so and hopefully the last placing GDR will need in a long time.

One question for all: will GDR have been making any money on the tests carried out over the last year using the AIHL machines by the Manchester Trusts? I think there were 6 machines given out (for free) so it’ll be interesting to see how many tests were carried out as that will give us a small clue as to what revenue might be expected if say there were 600 machines being used throughout the UK.

Let’s hope for a steady rise over this week to at least keep us away from single digits.

Voted against R5. Don’t trust RY. Just want out as soon as the sale is done but suspect RY is looking for ways to keep this gravy train chugging along for as long as he can and not put any reward into the pockets of pis. Also think the banking problem should have been known about in advance of when we were informed. Is it playing into RY’s hands?

Talk of suspension is imv nonsense. GDR might need to raise cash soon, they might not, but either way they’re certainly not desperate enough at the moment to risk suspension by being late with their end of year results.

Bumpy couple of months but hopefully things really start to turn around in February and from then on happy sailing. Genuine holders just have to hold their nerve imv even if it does drop to 5 or 6p. And if it does go that low it’ll be an amazing opportunity to lower averages or just get on board in time for the good months. I’m seriously hoping for a share price of 25 - 30p by end of spring 2023. That’s if we’re not bought out before then.

Was on the news last night that Covid cases in all 4 home nations peaked in mid Oct and are now in decline.

People need to give up on any hope the PoC kit will be off any use to GDR. It missed the boat….(thinking of the article)

And not a crumb of comfort from the Directors. They’ve got £1.5m to pay themselves with before they need to worry about telling shares holders anything. Contemptible .

I wonder if there are still any staff or if they’ve laid them all off to ‘save costs. Wouldn’t want the Directors’ salaries to be at risk would we?!

Hmmm are they going to dump a late Friday afternoon RNS on us? That’s the ultimate kick in the nuts for share holders. Deliver the bad news then race off for a lovely restful weekend paid for by your extremely generous monthly pay cheque!

DJ79 I think you are right in that the panels look good but the Achilles' heel here seems to be getting Certification to sell the panels in the EU and other major territories. I would have thought these products would fly in the ME for example but no one will purchase them unless they've been verified as safe in extreme heat etc. the BOD have referred to said Certification in more than one RNS as 'ongoing' but they haven't explained when we can expect it or indeed why it's still pending. the comms are appalling and we may have to wait for another couple of months before receiving any sensible update.

As I've pointed out in previous posts there are perhaps two reasons for some mild optimism. Firstly, one of the Directors recently bought £300k worth of shares at 1.5p (he must be pretty miffed right now...) and, more spuriously, there was a recent TR1 from a major private investor who after the last RNS and placing increased his holding by another 2%. I think he now holds about 12% but could be wrong. Why would they have done that as surely they have some kind of inside track on what's really going on here.

I've emailed a dozen times over the last few months asking various questions and not once had a reply.

We should have the Results by now, never mind the Notice. This signals (to me at least) that the BODs are in a real hole and have nothing positive to say regarding the last six months. I'm speculating as to the reason for the delay here but imv it's because they're trying to arrange another placing before the sp slips any further, as it surely will once the market realises they've yet again failed to sell anything.

Badly mismanaged this company by Budd failing miserably to put a professional sales strategy in place and clearly useless sales staff. I suspect the Directors are just holding on for dear life to the hope that AIHL NICE publication of Best Practice in February will help turn things around. They will be panicking right now at what might happen to the mcap on the next news but I'm not sure they can do/say anything that will mitigate the damaging effect on sentiment and further erosion of the sp.

If like me your'e massively under water here but believe things will improve I don't know if it's worth the small risk of selling now and buy back in later when the sp is nearer to 6p. If this hits 50p by next summer then I'll be ok but it's going to be a torturous few months before we see any sp rockets sadly....

Budd needs to go.

You believe they’ve still got about £3m cash? That would be a definite positive see confirmed in the Results RNS. Personally I don’t think there will be that much

Just wish the sp would start to pick up to show the market is aware of what's going on. Any rise will be all the sweeter though for the long wait.

PJ admits he's 'bamboozled' by the lack of reaction to yesterday's (and probably all the recent RNSs) Tati results. Does this mean his current plan of how POW moves forward with numerous drilling campaigns and various other kinds of work going on etc is affected by the lack of extra mcap he was expecting to see?

Basically the markets are all on the floor and anything other than concrete news/results won't cause any impact on the sp just now - and not just for this stock but most on AIM.

Also sounds as if the cores from the first two holes drilled at Molopo haven't yet been sent off, or did I mishear that? I really hope we get something unequivocal soon that makes the market sit up and finally take POW seriously.

Getting their house in order before announcing a sale?

Share holders will end up with nothing here. Why anyone is buying in any more is beyond me. Last week’s incredible spike was the last opportunity to make any money here. Sold my last at 6p. Good luck to any who are brave enough to cling on waiting for something positive.

Actually, answering my own question, maybe they’ll just get a straight forward loan from a bank to cover the next few months. Would be at punitive interest rates but we ask are the business cases in 12 months time should look a lot stronger. Or will the banks, like lths , look at the success rate of sales and tell them to come back once they’re generating income?

Low ball buyout looking far more likely now than ever imho. £20m is pocket change to a big pharma and that works represent a 100% premium to the current sp so no one could argue it wasn’t decent value.

GDR should not be in this position though and I’m furious with Budd and the Chairman for being so rubbish at commercialisation of products. To date they’ve not had a single success and that’s why we’re in this desperate situation. A buyout would doubtless guarantee Budd stays on and gets his stupidly high salary and lths would be rewarded with bugger all for their loyalty over the last three years or more.

Which way? Next news is critical. Just my view but going on the wealth of information and news flow we’ve been given over the past six months - NOT - I’m expecting 5p before Christmas. If it’s that bad then I can’t see GDR being successful in attempting another cash raise. The only way they could survive long enough to get to the point where AIHL is generating revenue would be to reduce the monthly cash burn significantly. That means redundancies. Budd will doubtless have his £300k ring fenced though having performed like no other CEO out there for the last three years. What a sh.t show this Chairman and BODs have turned this into just now. I hope they have a plan to survive the imminent sp collapse.
